They up charged me for having "additional" ( long) hair after the service . The wash of my hair - she barely did a lather or used shampoo/ conditioner product- I asked for flat iron - she just grabbed a few pieces of hair - she didn't take the time to clip up the hair and do in layers like my other stylist in LA . I even told her she was really fast - and she replied "oh really ". I am definitely not returning and maybe I should speak up at time of service but ultimately it's the stylists job to provide a good service and not give the bare minimum that includes an up charge .

I was taking them to a pediatric dentist in Kalamazoo who was going to send my grandson to the hospital for oral surgery which was going to cost almost $2000 out of pocket, but the kid's doctor recommended Dr. Rowland and I am so glad he did!!! Come to find out, my grandson didn't need the surgery. Dr. Rowland was able to remove the bad teeth and not only saved me from spending a lot of money I didn't have, but saved my grandson from an unnecessary surgery!!! Thanks so much Dr. Roland!!!

Dr. Rowland's sign says, "caters to cowards" and it's absolutely true. While I don't fear the…read moredentist specifically, I have a very strong fear of needles, which makes simple dentistry like getting a filling a terrifying prospect for me. Dr. Rowland and his staff could not be more accommodating and kind to the fearful visitor like me. Rather than treat me like I had a problem--that all I had to do was "think differently" and I would suddenly be no longer afraid--they took care of me, offered me anything and everything I needed to make me comfortable (topical numbing to make sure I didn't feel the shot), and on top of it, they treated me with compassion. I can still remember the first time I was there for a filling, and Dr. Rowland sat there and spoke to me while squeezing my shoulder comfortingly as the numbing set in, helping me get my mind off what was about to happen. Now, while I still can't say I look forward to dental work, at least I don't dread it. Incidentally, I also appreciate how well the staff knows their patients--Dr. Rowland always asks after my family and remembers conversations from previous visits. I feel very welcome there and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. McBride did not believe me that my tooth was damaged because she couldnt see anything. 2 weeks…read morelater the tooth cracked in half beyond repair and it was soo painful she had to extract it. While doing so, she failed to put in bone grafting even though I had told her I wished to pursue a tooth implant. I later learned at a better dentist office, that bone grafting is a necessary step during extraction if the patient intends to pursue a tooth implant. Now I keep getting bills that I have already paid in person. This place is not a good establishment. Even the receptionist is rude. I do not recommend Crossoaks Family Dentistry unless you want to end up toothless like me.

Either dentist and every assistant, just wonderful…read more I came to them with compacted wisdom teeth that were destroying all the other teeth and horribly contaminating my breath, and they never once made me feel insecure. Now, all thanks to them (and the wonderful oral surgeon Rocco advised me to go see) I can smile again. Really smile. Everyone in the office is always compassionate and understanding. I had to give 4 only because an assistant handed me a bottle of special toothpaste once and neglected to tell me that I was going to be charged for it. I hate getting hit from left field with a charge I knew nothing about. UPDATE 5 STARS: We got a phone call from them and everything's been resolved! They're always so considerate and kind!! :-) This is America, most businesses only care about the money. Not Dr. Rocco's office. Everyone there simply cares about you, and how you're doing. It's a wonderful change compared to every dentist I've been to before. They're really the ONLY place to go.

He works with the whole person, very compassionate. He tells you everything that is happening as well as how he sees your treatment plan for the future.
