The sauce had a hint of sweetness, and the crust had a couple of semi burnt bubbles that added to the delicious crunch of the crust. If you are looking to splurge they do have two huge walls lined with Cognacs, tequilas, rums, Scotches, and Bourbons that can set you back $40 to $400 a bottle. Too bad the new owner got rid of the "Wall-O-Shame," where local thieves and people with fame IDs had their pictures up with funny commentary.
