They monitor every move, standing behind customers and watching intently, even when the customer remains stationary at a specific aisle or display. Their behavior creates an uncomfortable and intrusive environment. Also, I've been doing hair for 15 years and none of the women in the store do hair so I don't understand how they're giving advice on hair products when they don't do hair . I will continue to go to the store and I really hope my next experience is better. I do like the products that they have. I just didn't enjoy being hounded like a thief.
