Our last visit to Ulta really opened our eyes to how sneaky this place actually is…read more First, while standing in line waiting to purchase our items, we noticed an employee destroying products over a cardboard box lined with plastic. She was squirting out products like liquids/gels and scratching up makeup palettes. When I asked her about it, she claimed Ulta didn't even permit employees to take home excess, and that the products included expired and returned items. This really hurt my environment-loving heart. I understand not wanting others to become infected by products used by a previous buyer, but it'd be so easy to only dispose of those, and then either put the expired or excess products on steep clearance, sell to places like TJ Maxx or resellers, donate, or simply let employees put them to good use! All the waste and refusal to even let dumpster divers benefit from Ulta's excess was painful to witness. I wasn't aware of these practices and wish these were more transparent for the prospective consumer. Then, when checking out, only AFTER we made the purchase did the employee disclose we had had $23 worth of rewards that could've been used during our $100 purchase. When we asked then and there if we could return and then re-purchase to use the points, the employee refused. She said that they'd "get in trouble" if they notified customers before they made their purchase about how many points/rewards dollars they could redeem. So corrupt.

I later learned that Dr. Jacoby had reduced his schedule to only two days a week. Rather than notifying patients and allowing them to decide whether to keep their appointment with another provider or wait to see their chosen dentist, the office simply reassigned appointments. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect advance notice so patients can make an informed decision about their care. it's probably for the best, as the quality of the office seems to have declined over the past few years. Staff turnover appears to be high, and it shows. At my most recent appointment, the team came in to check my Invisalign progress to determine whether I was ready to switch to nighttime wear--despite the fact that I had completed Invisalign treatment years ago. During the same visit, they polished my teeth before performing the cleaning because of staffing shortages, which was unusual and left me questioning the overall organization of the practice. Unfortunately, this experience taught me that communication, continuity of care, and attention to detail are no longer priorities at this office.

I came here before my daughters wedding to get top denture & bottom partial…read more MY OPINION.......DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! The dentist is still new only 3 years in & his crew must be new as well.... In my opinion, I was not listened to and feel like I was completely lied to!!! The impressions they took were bad & therefore neither top nor bottom fit! The top was so crooked that I was in severe pain, they adjusted them only on one side & from that point they literally fell out of my mouth and no longer fit at all... The bottom partial was not only to large from the beginning but they also caused my to have a huge open bite, which I have a over bite! So they grinded all the back teeth down to nothing to close the bite but still wasn't completely closed. Due to these issues and the fact the partial was to big, they said they would remake the bottoms & sent me on my way. 5 weeks later I went in to get the 6 teeth I have left, cleaned. This was 6 weeks before the wedding!!! All of a sudden they rushed in and took my bottom partial & was taking more impressions & THEN TOLD ME THEY WERE TAKING MY BOTTOM PARTIAL and sending back to lab to be fixed, rather then replace it like they originally said they were going to do!!! I REFUSED!!! No way I was handing over the bottom partial a few weeks before the wedding AND WHY SHOULD I, WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WERE REPLACING THEM, FRAME ITSELF IS TP BIG!!! So I left that day with both my top and bottoms. I called after the wedding to discuss my bottom partial and they still refused to replace them. SO I WALKED AWAY!!! TOTALLY 100% DISSATISFIED!!! I cried to the owners wife on the phone and her husband the dentist called me and basically disciplined me for calling his wife and crying!!! I'm going to add pictures of how badly I look and why I recommend NEVER TO USE THIS DENTIST!!! I have to use tons of glue to hold these teeth in place. I CAN NOT EAT AT ALL with them even glued because they are both so large, when I chew it just instantly causes them to ungrip and ly loosely in my mouth!!! Lastly....when I was on phone with dentist wife, she basically accused me of loosing my bottom partials! As you can see in the pictures, I HAVE EVERYTHING I PAID FOR!!! Except my new bottom set that they refused to make me after destroying my original bottoms!! And they are new & still learning by doing!!!! So don't be stupid like myself and become one of their ginny pigs!!!
