Shop owner Mark Workman and his business partner welcomed me and asked a few questions about my mother's preferences and lifestyle. Then they showed me a few lovely wig styles based on my answers. They explained the different construction of each wig, the benefits of one vs. the other. These gentlemen were gracious, helpful, informative and completely low-pressure. Mark handed me a business card and encouraged me to call if I had additional questions. I was thoroughly impressed, as reflected in my 5-star rating.
