REVIEW OF PHOTO DEPARTMENT Traditionally, I never have any…read moreissues at this particular Walgreens. However, I recently utilized their photo department to order photo enlargements and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a handful of 4x6 and 8x10 photos to this specific Walgreens via online. When I arrived to pick them up, I was greeted by two employees before heading to the photo desk. Upon looking over my prints, 2 of my 4 8x10 prints were missing and many of my 4x6 prints had streaking in the middle of the images, which I know was not on the original photos themselves (see photos). When I asked about my missing prints, the associate found they had printed, just not been placed with my order. As for the 4x6 prints, she took my prints and appeared to reprint them but the streaks were still noticeable. She did not offer to clean the machine then reprint my images or offer a discount/refund for my streaky images. It appeared she was not familiar with the photo department's equipment. I will not be sending my photos enlargements to this Walgreens in the future.

The staff and the owner who work here are the friendliest people that you could ask for to help you. If you have a personal question, they will be respectful and won't let you feel embarrassed. Another reason I keep coming to this pharmacy is because of the quick turnaround time on fills and refills. If you're tired of the impersonal service at the big stores, stop in and say hi. Oh yeah, if you see Laura (the girl with the curly hair), be sure and give her a hard time. You can tell her I told you to. Edit: I recently had a bad reaction with a medication I'm taking. I called The Medicine Shoppe and Chris took my call. We spoke for 18 minutes discussing my medications and how they work. The conversation was interspersed with casual conversation as well, because Chris is a very personable guy. True, our conversation didn't need to be so long, but it just goes to show how much he enjoys talking with his customers and his level of dedication to making sure everyone understands their medication.
