First, there is a long line at the drive thru and when I finally get to the window, the order taker has walked away and is working on filling Rx's for people not already waiting in line. Then the order taker finally comes to the window, opens it and stares at me. Okay, now we are two for two on customer service. Horribe service. They refused to give me all the items I needed for my RX. Apparently if your a diabetic you need an RX for your needles. Insane. You can order needles on Amazon or buy them over the counter anywhere, yet while filling my own RX right there at the CVS they refuse to sell something needed for the medicine they just gave me. This is a nice quiet CVS. Great parking, well staffed and the store is laid out well. It's one of the cleanest I've ever been in too.

Nicely stocked store, very clean. Being old, with health issues, most of my interaction is with the pharmacy. For the most part, the staff is very knowledgeable, quick and friendly. Generally a great group. And then there is Steven (sp?) Steven is kind of a jerk. Fortunately, the other staff makes it easy to ignore Steven. ;) read more

The pros of this CVS: -Tons of selection on nearly anything you would want related to a pharmacy and well beyond that -This location can easily be navigated since it is off both a main road and a short cut road like Lone Pine. -Sometimes they have good sales. The cons of this CVS: -No customer service. If you need help figuring something out with product your better off googling it than trying to get someone to help you. There have been at least twice when I checked out and the associate didn't even say anything while checking out. I'm not sure if they were actually a robot that looked like a human. -Their prices are a little higher than the competition. read more

They have made numerous mistakes on filling my prescriptions twice as often as they should, and when I talk to them about it they either blame the Doctor's office, or tell me it's no big deal. Since I have the prescriptions mailed to me, and a duplicate order is not covered by my insurance company, it cannot be returned and it is a big deal to me. Several of the staff have serious attitude problems. They also don't give their names on the phone unless you ask, and even then they try to avoid it. Just ended a phone call with a manger. Out of respect for all involved, I will not go into details. Ownership of fault or blame is not a consideration of management. Their COVID testing is literal crap!!!! Like oh I was 5 minutes late so you're not going to test me, but the guy next to me was 5 minutes late and you'll test him, ladies we're extremely rude. It takes 2 seconds to do a nose swab. Not to mention they never said hey there's a window don't be late or you can't be tested. Glad I spent over 1500 on Hawaii tickets just to not be able to go because of these old HAGS, they also have 0 call system straight to the testing I was trying to call them for 20 minutes and all I got ahold of was a robot that couldn't even speak English. Terrible pharmacy very unprofessional, they can't seem to fill prescriptions. After waiting days for them to refill a family members RX, they called 5 minutes till close that they were all out and waiting on another shipment in 3 days. Wow! Worst pharmacy I have ever used. I find errors in my families prescriptions monthly. They don't stock our monthly refills, so we have been without medications before. I think the pharmacist is rude. She blames the computer for her mistakes. Are you a pharmacist? Shouldn't you double check the medications before they are dispensed? I am changing pharmacies for my families safety. Terrible pharmacy with horrible service that always lost prescriptions and took forever to fill the ones they didn't lose.

The pharmacy literally has hours posted on their window saying when they are opening. They are never open when they say they are. Today they are supposed to be open at 10. It's almost noon. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging me. Finally, fed up, I drove off. Tried calling the pharmacy, and sat on hold for 20 minutes with the recording saying "all of our pharmacists are currently busy." Ok.... So I hang up and call the CVS store area, not the pharmacy. I ask the girl "is the pharmacy even open?" NO. ITS NOT. So not only was the pharmacy drive thru not open when it is supposed to be, they don't even have THEIR PHONES ROLLED OVER SAYING IT IS CLOSED. I have issues every single week with this CVS. The pharmacy staff is rude, and clearly not competent enough to arrive to their jobs on time. So over this. Helllooooo Walgreens!
