I called ahead and talked to Hannah who helped me do as much over the phone as possible to minimize my time in the pharmacy. I normally go to Costco but going to Costco two days before Thanksgiving sounds like grounds to make me committed somewhere. I am a fan of independent mom and pop outfits over heartless big box stores. Boy, coming here was totally the right decision. Hannah was ready for me just as I walked in, I was in and out in a flash. My insurance went through seamlessly, I was astounded. This was so much easier than my beloved Costco. The price might have been less too! I couldn't believe it. Thank you for making everything so easy and making me feel like family. I am so grateful

As I was leaving, I asked to purchase a pack of cigarettes and was told, "We do not sell cigarettes." This confused me, since they have a smoke shop and sell other tobacco products. The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way.
