I was looking for a Walgreen and found this location haphazardly, just by being curious and driving around using full sensory perception to gather information pertaining to my environment. The parking lot was huge with a few choice spots that were close in proximity to Walgreens. I found a back door that looked like it was locked and no one walked in or out. I gather enough energy to take a chance on pulling on the door to find that it was open. SUCCESS! Perusing the aisle, I found a lot of good sales and lower prices on generic brands, off brands, private labels, store brands or non-proprietary brands. However, you decide to define them. I saw Cheerios for $5.75 and the " store brand" was $2.75 If anyone is a price chopper shopper, the store brand would be a great way to save. I also found Scott products for sale. My mom and I got our vaccines today at Walgreens. This is the only location provided Pfizer vaccine. The staff was very friendly and professional, store is very clean, I rather shop at Walgreens then CVS, CVS is always a mess with very long wait read more

I was scrolling through the reviews and had to laugh a bit. I've frequented this Walgreens since the start of the COVID times and do agree that this is one of the worst Walgreens in NY. The staff here are generally slow, lazy, and in a bad mood despite not getting much work done. Like hire one or two eager teenagers who want to move out and that could be fixed. Better yet, promote a deserving younger person who's motivated and treats both their coworkers and customers well! Prices are generally high here and I'm finding less deals here, at least in stock when something's going on. Pharmacy is just as bad, so the poison seeps deep here. It's mostly unhelpful, clueless, and somehow can't fill a lot of prescriptions so it becomes a waste of time. The kicker is the back entrance is often closed, but at least there's a parking spot! read more

Scheduled a vaccine appointment with them online. Showed up---there is a BIG SIGN telling people to check in via QR code, which I did. 30min later, no one has called my name even though it didn't seem too busy. I went to speak with the staff to update my insurance information since I was waiting anyway. Was told they didn't know I was there because the QR code check-in system is new, so I was supposed to check in in person (... Why is the sign there if it doesn't work?) Then was told the vaccine I made the appointment for was not in stock and they never even carry it. "The schedule system doesn't know what we have". I find it hard to trust a pharmacy that seems so lack of system. read more

So sorry I went here for a shot. It is a Black Hole and your scheduled appointment time is not honored. The pharmacists truly do not care about keeping to ANY schedule People are lined up for flu shots like it's a Third World Nation being assisted by Doctors without Borders This used to be a decent location. I totally agree with this other reviewer that this pharmacy They're very incompetent!!!! Only 1 person is there to help the lines of people wanting to do things there. It takes a long time everytime I need to go there in fact it's so bad that I'll probelly go back to my local CVS and pay a bit more for the convienance of having an excellent staff at the CVS by me... this pharmacy might be in a serious cash shortage crisis. Every month they do not have requested medicine in stock! Most medicines cannot be filled on time due to being out of stock! This rating is for the manager Indian lady. She was assisting me last time I picked up my mobile order. When I first interacted with her, she had no smile, no greeting whatsoever. Then I thought I was able to just grab the bag and leave, she said I haven't scanned yet. She looks like she really hates her job. This Walgreens has issues! I am always waiting on a crazy long line at the pharmacy, and the people on line are always super angry. They never have my right scripts in on time. However! I will say the people at the pharmacy are super nice. I just hope they can kind of get it together and maybe increase the number of people at the counter. read more

I used the CVS Pharmacy near my home for over 15 years, until Emblem Health stopped covering CVS. CVS is one of the worst stores in the USA now. So my insurance covered prescriptions at Walgreens. I was very happy with Walgreens for a few years, but now I am frustrated, and very irate with bad results, when I enter a prescription order. I'm always very happy with the staff at this Walgreens store. All the issues that I have with my prescription orders are due to the dysfunctional Walgreens App. How GD stupid can the people working at the corporate offices be??? It shows gross incompetence at the corporate level to provide such poor service to its customers. I never had a problem shopping in all other isles of the store. The only bad experiences I have is with the pharmacy dept. I recommend Walgreens as a very good store, with the exception of the pharmacy. SHAME ON WALGREENS MANAGEMENT. I wonder if some of these corporate managers could even successfully run even a lemonade stand. LOL read more

Typical Walgreens, expensive but convenient to have so close to home and good that it stays open late. Staff so far has been pleasant and friendly. Store is kept relatively clean and never gets too crowded. Love being able to drop off FedEx packages here as well. read more

The pharmacist I'd spoken with was too busy to help me with what I considered to be a serious health concern. I expect she could have helped with some creativity and compassion, but I was told she had 4 shots to administer and didn't have the time for my call. It was a pretty unfortunate experience, and I will think twice before shopping at this Walgreens location again. read more

This is a review for the pharmacist. They're very incompetent and never able to refill my prescription on time. Whenever you call and ask about your prescription they have this "don't care" attitudes. If your life is depending on the medication I highly suggest you to get to refill somewhere else. read more
