I quickly searched on Yelp for nearest locations and called this location...thank god they were opened till 5:30 pm. My dad drove me to this GNC location (on the same block as Little Dumpling. The Sales Associate showed me the flavors that she has displayed on the shelves for 12 bottles of Total Lean Shake (Ready to Drink). I went with a box of Strawberry and Banana (I don't like to eat the actual banana but I don't mind a flavored drink). I absolutely love when Total Lean Shake has a promotion of buy 1 get 1 50%. I activated and redeemed my $10 rewards on the GNC app. Next month will be exactly a year since I signed up for my Free GNC Rewards program. I absolutely love Total Lean products http://www.gnc.com/total-lean-products/!

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at…read moreyour store. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this complaint will be handled and whether the incident will be reviewed.

When do you throw in the towel and realize those over-the-counter topical creams won't soothe the inflammation on your knee and in your soul? Just take a breathe (literally) and walk into "Discover CBD." THE GOOD: I was fortunate to stumble upon this store on it's opening day and decided to take a gander. Let it be known, that I don't participate in the consumption of "illegal" substances and knew nothing about CBD prior to my visit, however the owners and staff of this fine establishment in Bayside, Queens were very knowledgeable and educated me on the differences between CBD oil, it's chemical composition and makeup AND how it was in no shape or form, related to marijuana. They have an extensive line of products from CBD ediblies, topical creams and even for the best of your 4-legged friends. THE BAD: Not having tried any CBD infused substances before, I was literally like a kid in a candy store. The problem is, I had no idea what to buy; from the coffee, to the CBD chocolate to even the lip balm. There were too many choices for me to decide. THE UGLY: When you realize you've never had a CBD edible before and then 5 minutes in, you are 11 gummies deep and want to doze off into a nice, sweet slumber when you haven't even made it out of the front door. P.S. A big thanks to the staff for the informative session regarding CBD oils and its benefits to the human body. An educated consumer is always the best one! They also do delivery which is super convenient!

I have been a huge fan of Total Lean for almost 6 years next month. I love some of the Lean Shake 25 powder flavors such as Orange Cream, French Vanilla, Banana, and etc. Remember to look out for the Limited Edition flavors such as Mango Smoothie, Pumpkin Spice, Snickerdoodle, Cookie Butter, and etc. When I get bored of mixing the powder with iced water in my blender bottle. I would buy two boxes of the pre-made Lean Shake 25 drinks where I can just chill them in my fridge. I drink one of these shakes every weekday since the weekends are my cheat days lol I tried the CLA Soft Chew and Triple Strength Liquid L-Carnitine both they both gave me this weird aftertaste. Luckily trying out different GNC products...I found my favorite liquid L-Carnitine by Pro Supps Berry flavor. I am very passionate about Total Lean as you can tell lol Anyways, I wanted to give a shoutout to Johnny who provided me with amazing customer service for my every visit. He would help me carried two boxes of Lean Shake 25 to my dad's car since I would've needed to make two trips to the car. We were close to ruining our travel plans (to a wedding) to possibly have to go to the ER to get this taken out. This guy was magical and got it out within like a minute. It was deep in there too. My mother in law was so happy and I cried and my husband was happy to not have to take a detour to the Emergency room. Thank you thank you thank you. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
