Although the pharmacy is not my favorite because they do not have convenient hours. It is a very large location , everything for the most part is set up nicely through out the store. Checking out can be pain sometimes as they don't seem to have enough people the lines tend to get long usually once they realize the lines they end up getting another cashier to open. During the quarantine they did a good job at keeping the crowds organized, lines outside & limited amount coming in. Can't say it was fun waiting online to enter but because of COVID for now this seems to be the new normal & worked out ok.

Customers should not be ignored, dismissed, or treated with such disregard. I expect basic professionalism, attentiveness, and respect when making a purchase. What bothers me the most is that they are ALWAYS out of something I needed or went there for in the first place. Prime example was yesterday's shopping experience. I needed regular aspirin and couldn't find any. This wasn't a fluke where they happened to be out of it that day. On another day i wasted time looking for it because even though I was in the right section there wasn't any. Sure they had tylenol, advil, etc. And every other iteration of aspirin except for plain ole generic or bayer. The other thing I needed to get was an apple gift card. I usually buy it here and it's the one thing I "thought" i could count on to be in stock but Lo and behold the whole section for Apple gift cards was completely empty. Overflowing with other ones though. Never had I felt so defeated and disappointed in a store. I ended up buying Pepsi (cause they were out of coke) and whatever food was in stock to get something out of my trip. Fortunately I had a nice cashier who was willing to bag my groceries with my reusable bag. There are other cashiers who refuse to do it. I don't have a problem bagging my own but the problem is there's no room on the counter and a plastic window in the way. You're totally screwed if you're buying a lot of stuff. It's a circus with the cashier handing me my stuff around this divider for me to bag while I'm also busy unpacking and handing them stuff to be rung up all while trying to keep track of whats ready to be bagged or not. So much easier on everyone if they just bag it as it's rung up especially with such tiny counter space. That's what they used to do until they boycotted plastic bags (which is mostly a good thing) but now it's more work for me and non-existent customer service. I'm a glutton for punishment cause I continue to shop there. Ugh what's wrong with me?!?

I asked to speak with the supervisor, but she was arrogant and refused to assist me properly. I had proof by email that my doctor had already sent the prescription. In addition, the nurse personally called the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription had been sent and that the pharmacy had received it in their system. Despite all of this, they still refused to give me my medication. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated as a Spanish speaker. There were employees who spoke Spanish, but no one was willing to properly help or listen to me. I felt discriminated against and dismissed instead of being treated with professionalism and respect. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.

To start off it's always hard to find someone to help you out and now most of their products are locked in the display cases so you need to first find an employee and then drag them to your case just to open it. They also eliminated their huge greeting card selection which was always nicely stacked and now it's just a small section with few basic cards. Not to mention CVS is always so much more expensive then other stores so if you don't have a coupon you're paying full price and then some! The only good thing is this location is open 24/7 so you can walk in anytime and get whatever you may need. Hopefully things improve at some point!

I've been using this pharmacy for years, when it's time to pick up my refills the staff would message me on wechat app. I've had medication that needed additional paper work because my particular insurance company stopped covering it or needed special approval in order to cover it; they've helped with that. Sometimes I'm starved running doctor appointments all day and they would feed me lol they feel like visiting relatives to me when I come by so often on a regular basis lol

The lines can get pretty long, especially if they only have one or two people in the front checking out. Not sure what happened to the self-checkout machines that they had before. It was definitely a lot more efficient before and now, it feels like they backtracked. The location is pretty clean and they usually have everything that I need in stock. Recently, they also started locking certain things up, which I imagine is due to more things being stolen. I haven't had any major problems with that but it can be a little annoying sometimes to press on the help button whenever you need to get something. There are a lot of personal things that are locked away so it's kind of awkward at times as well. My sister wanted to buy deodorant and even that was locked up. We had to press the button and wait for staff to awkwardly navigate through the various scents until we found which one we wanted.
