Also, if you tell someone that their prescriptions will be delivered and they're home waiting for hours and there's no call or no show that's very unprofessional. We need our medication and some of us are homebound so we depend on you. Also, is you notice someone script has expired, you should let them know that. I call there to much about my medications, please inform me if something changed.

Even after me stating at least twice a month I switched to Ascension. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. I'm in the process now of switching pharmacies before I DIE WAITING ON THEM TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY‼ Thinking about obtaining a lawyer so they can pay my last 2 hospital bills plus pain and suffering.

On April 24th, day after a painful surgery... in bed so went online to order. I saw a free 2 hr delivery on top of screen for orders over 35 bucks. Great! Well..I got two of the 6 items really fast. Couldn't use the 2 without the other 4 so called "customer no service". The 2 items I got were 10 bucks each but I was charged 50.10 immediately for 30.00 worth of stuff. Apparently, some items are not eligible? These were very basic things. Got several stories from customer abuse..they also said the store was out of 20 volume developer..ok that's a joke. Nothing made sense. I requested the remainder of items be cancelled and sent a family member to the local store on Ogden here in Milwaukee. She repurchased my items. I have never received a refund for the items I did not get nor the delivery fees. As a matter of fact I was charged for doordash as well as a delivery fee of 8.95 for some kind of two or three day delivery I wasn't interested in. To add to this nonsense, the 19.98 my daughter spent when she went to the location continues to be reposted to my account. It is the end of the the fourth day of the five days they say they can issue refunds.. nothing yet. In addition, I see a $27 and some odd cents charge on my bank account for April 22nd? I was nowhere near any Sally's the day before my surgery I tell you that. There is no record of what I purchased on my online account or anything. Not only have I not received a refunds but I'm being recharged for purchases! I'm even being charged for things I didn't buy! Megan the store manager was absolutely zero help and so combative I had to hang up. In my opinion she has something to do with this. Avoid Sally's beauty supply at all costs at least this location. To add to this nightmare.. any Sally's corporate number you can find online doesn't work. Now I have to spend my recovery time filing complaints with regulatory agencies. I believe criminal, fraudulent activities are going on here. Online shopping opens us up to this BS.

First they know you by name which is incredible in a world filled with bad customer service. You can actually talk with a pharmacist and not wait 30 minutes. They are prompt and will go the extra mile for you which I can't say about many places. It's a very small place with some typical items like bandages, etc. You don't feel overwhelmed walking in because the pharmacy is only a few feet away from the entrance. It's a gem in a world with big soulless companies.

I went to the front halloween display and this other woman, Mary Ann, came in like a bat out of hell making it feel like I was trying to steal. she came off very abrasive and basically kept trying to sell me scents I stated I wasnt interested in or scents that bothered my partner. she dragged me around the store. I told her I like fruity/vanilla smells (I really hated the Japanese cherry blossom scent she was trying to upsell me) I felt obligated to follow her around and listen to her because its hard for me to be dismissive. The Only…read morecomplaint I have is i use a walker, so I come in, get a scootercart, then go out to my car, which is parked in one of the handicapped spots up against the building. I put the walker in the Car, then go back in and shop. This is between 2 and 4 a.m. when I check out, I drive the scootercart out to my car, then load my groceries. They have a sign about no scootercarts are to be taken outside. I think that's Utterly Ridiculous! I'm not about to reload all my groceries into a normal cart, just to go a short distance out to the Car. If you can take a regular cart outside, why can't I ask a disabled person take a scootercart outside? Other stores have a distance limit on theirs so you can't go too far outside. And the same people who collect the carts can surely ride the scootercart back inside. I did ask the checkout lady since I was parked in the very first spot next to the door, if I could take it outside to load my groceries. She had an attitude, but said ok. That's the Only problem with Woodman's. I shop early morning bcuz there's not a lot of other shoppers.

Although this is a bit far from my home, it's conveniently located near my work so I can pick up items after work. The liquor department is probably one of the biggest I've ever seen with many allocated items behind the counter and occasional raffles for the more rare allocations. The carts are big and noisy but I'll use the "small" ones if I can find one. The store can be overwhelming the first couple of times but eventually you get used to the layout. Woodmans is always busy but with the selection and prices, it's easy to see why. And even with the amount of product and people that pass through here, it's well kept and clean. My favorite departments are probably the huge produce and dairy department. Woodman's will continue to be a place I stop at for groceries and other goodies!
