The parking lot is convenient and thus far they're not overwhelmed with customers. Previous to this location opening, I was heading into a mall in order to get my air fresheners and candles. This is an addendum to my last review about the Bath & Body Works at Mayfair Mall where the young cashier would not allow me to use a 25% off coupon that I had received 2 days prior. She told me it was an expired coupon & wouldn't scan it off my phone either or manually type in the coupon code. She just kept telling me it was expired. I went to the Bath & Body Works in Waukesha a week later & I asked if I could use the coupon on Semi Annual Sale products. Her answer was "yes, you can use it on anything". When I checked out, the cashier scanned the coupon & it took off 25% so obviously it was not "expired". The staff at the Mayfair Mall store should take lessons on customer service from the Waukesha store. Thank you Waukesha staff for actually doing what you are supposed to do!
