However, the scars sit above the crease -- especially on the right side and are more visible than I was led to believe. In addition, both eyes have a noticeable bump on the inner corner near the nose, which was not something I expected or was prepared for. I understand that all surgery involves scarring, but my concern is that the placement and appearance of these scars do not match what I was told during the consultation. When I brought this up during a follow‑up visit, I felt dismissed. The surgeon physically backed away from me as I explained my concerns, which made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. I had hoped for a more supportive and transparent conversation about my options. Overall, I am disappointed with both the outcome and the communication surrounding it.

I live at the same address and have same phone number and was never contacted about this bill. I called my lawyer and he said they could not collect because it was 12 years Ago. For that reason I did not contact Dr. Rizzuto's office. I am thinking it's a scam and I do not recommend him.

I had my consult with the secretary because the laser tech was in an appointment, I would have rather met the actual tech. I bought a package for the bikini area. At the appointment, I noticed that the tech did not outline the area to be covered. I told the tech I wanted to keep a "racing strip", which I had cut short but did not shave off. The tech told me not to open my legs!? So I sat with knees in bent position and the crease didn't get any laser. She started in a back and forth row pattern on the top left side but then did a brisk pulse down the labia. On the right ride, the tech (Lynn) did not do a "row" pattern and just lasered random spots. Then she hit my racing strip with two pulses and now I have two circular bald spots!!! I'm livid! She didn't pay attention to detail at all. The labia area and crease had zero effect at all. Probably because it was not done thoroughly. Do not go to Skinsational for laser hair removal treatment!

Their prices are reasonable and straight forward. They also offer promotional deals such as free underarms with purchase of bikini laser package. Everybody gets the same price and the same package no matter what skin tone or hair type you have - other places I called said the price goes up based on this criteria which made no sense to me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the laser itself is painless. I definitely recommend Skinsational to anyone considering laser hair removal.

As a Sephora Beauty Insider member, I got 10% off each of the purchased items. Also, since I spent over $50 and shopped in store, I mentioned the free knitted tote bag at checkout and got it. Supplies are limited and only available in stores. It is a beautiful small bag and heavy duty too. The Beauty Insider Program is Sephora's free rewards program that lets you earn points for rewards. Also, all Beauty Insider members are eligible to redeem one Birthday Gift per year during the month of their birthday. Another benefit is free standard shipping on all orders. I scheduled a new patient appointment approximately two months in advance. Prior to being seen, I was encouraged to enroll in the office's dental membership program months before my actual visit, which was unusual and, in hindsight, appears financially motivated rather than patient-focused. The appointment lasted close to two hours, yet I only spent approximately 20 minutes with the dentist. During that time, the dentist made unsolicited and unsubstantiated claims about my overall health, stating she could identify "gut issues" based on my appearance. She then strongly pressured me to see a specific outside provider charging approximately $1,600 per visit, and implied that any dental treatment would fail if I did not follow her recommendation. This was inappropriate, outside the standard scope of dental care, and presented in an alarmist and coercive manner. The interaction was distressing enough that I left the office in tears. After my appointment, I attempted multiple times to obtain information about my X-rays, recommended treatment, and an estimate of costs. I called the office approximately 10 times, and each time I was told that staff were unsure and would follow up, but I never received a clear response. I was eventually told that this information could not be provided over the phone, which had not been communicated to me previously. The lack of clear communication and inability to provide basic information about my treatment plan added to the overall confusion and frustration. Following this experience, I attempted to cancel the membership. My written cancellation request was ignored, and my card continued to be charged. I was only able to stop the charges by contacting the third-party provider (Clerri) directly. Only then did the office acknowledge the cancellation. I was not provided with any information indicating that cancellation had to be completed through a third-party provider, and this requirement was not clearly communicated to me. Even after cancellation, the office continued to send repeated messages attempting to schedule appointments, despite no indication that I wished to return. Subsequently, I was told I was responsible for paying the full cost of services (cleaning and X-rays) that had already been covered under the membership plan. When I requested written documentation or a policy supporting this retroactive billing, none was provided despite multiple requests. Attempting to charge patients for previously covered services without a clearly disclosed policy raises serious concerns regarding billing transparency and fairness. I did not receive or sign any documentation clearly stating that this was a yearly membership or that I would be financially responsible for the full cost of services if I chose to cancel early. The office also indicated that they would send the disputed balance to collections, despite not providing documentation supporting the charge. Additionally, the office failed to provide my dental records, including X-rays, after I requested them. The office indicated that records would be released once the balance was resolved, suggesting that access to records may be contingent on payment. Overall, this experience raises significant concerns regarding ethical standards, billing practices, and respect for patient rights. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before seeking care at this office.

I called my doctor's office, they said they never received a refill request from my pharmacy. So was the pharmacy lying to me? No, they just sent the refill request to a random urgent care doctor I saw 3 years prior. Not my primary doctor who refills several other prescriptions. Is common sense in the room with us?! No. I only found this out after MANY phone calls back and forth, with this pharmacy saying "well we sent the refill request, I don't know why they are saying they didn't get it". Finally, when they figured out they were not sending the refills to my doctor, and they corrected that. They then proceeded to refill the WRONG prescription. I had been out of this medication for a week at this point. It was not until I worked directly with their manager did I finally get my corrected prescription refilled. Doctor was corrected in their system, no further issues in the future, right? WRONG. 1 month later: Pharmacy: we sent the refill request, it was not approved by your doctor Doctor: we never received a refill request. LITERALLY HOW?! It's like a bad movie. Save yourself the headache. Don't come here.
