I made a report and it took over 2 weeks for someone from the location to return my call. I was offered to have my hair redone for free and declined. I was then told I had to drive back to the location for a refund. When asked if it could be done without me having to return I was told no. It was explained the card was needed. I drove to the store as instructed and had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to assist me. Once he did not one time was my card swiped or needed. Save your time and money and look else where for services.

The manager refused to exchange the shirt and mace spray I bought on the 19th so I do not buy from this store anymore since they did not have a sign around clothes about returning within a day. A lot of beauty supply stores carry a large variety of products with a ridiculous price markup. Beauty Empire does not, which was really refreshing. I will say though, they had soooo much stuff, that I wonder how long it's been on the shelf. Nothing looked old though. The staff was really kind and genuinely helpful. The security guard too! They did subtly follow us for a while when we first arrived though, but I honestly can't get too upset in these kind of stores because they experience so much theft and you just never know.
