Three days in a row, on hold for over an hour. Finally the phone will actually ring (for 10 minutes) then abruptly hangs up. Imagine me being out of town needing to get ahold of them. Them being completely absent. great company, great employees. Hats off to the wonderful hard working staff that was also filled with a ridiculous amount of sarcasm which was shouted in display as everyone was waiting in line. I'm with the rest of these 1 star reviews (only because 0 is not an option). The absolute WORST incompetent pharmacy and employees I've ever gone to. Dr. electronically sent script I went over (5 pm ish) was told 7 pm told them I'd be back in the morning could not wait 2 hours, next day still not ready told was waiting to arrive from warehouse. Why could you not tell me that the day before, I've already missed 2 doses I could have gone somewhere else. I finally have it transferred to Kroger Valley Ranch (highly recommend) however they cannot fill because it is still in Walgreen's system. I call to have them cancel as when I did on the app no one from the location entered it and of course am put on hold for about 30 minutes at which time the message changes to they are out to lunch for the next 30 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs. read more

This is for the actual store part of Walgreens. I don't get prescriptions at Walgreens. Store is bright, clean and big. Looks to be due to a recent remodel. Well stock in many aisles (some aisles in the feminine, family planning aisle have been out for quite awhile) I follow instagram pages where I follow good deals at Walgreens. Surprisingly enough, get enough walgreens cash and follow the coupons/ibotta and you will be surprise to see how many items you get for cheap or even free. Only taking off one star because the signal in there is horrendous. Makes those quick "do you need anything from walgreens" texts impossible. read more

Worst Pharmacy ever. They will close hours early without any warning. I had problem with my script and took me several calls and over an hour to talk to pharmacy. I asked why do they put you on hold and after 20 + minutes they just disconnect the phone. She says the phone system does that, no it doesn't. Employees are told by management to just let people stay on hold and if they continue to hold just disconnect the phone. Horrible! read more

Worst pharmacy ever !!!!!!! After 1 hour in the line and I handed in my prescription and was told to come back 2 hours later and when I came back they had not filled the prescription! After waiting an hour I was told that my insurance would not pay for it. I then offered to pay cash just to get my prescription and it too another 30 min. They should get a zero ratings !!!! The pharmacy at this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I'd give ZERO stars if I could!! Called them this morning to confirm they had my prescription ready for pickup and they said yes. Came to pick it up and they told me they don't have it filled and can't tell me when they could have it ready because they have "200" prescriptions in their queue to fill!! This is a zero star review. This pharmacy is ridiculous. I have already made complaints to corporate and the BBB. If you actually need prescriptions in a timely manner and aren't able to wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes in line to pick them up OR drop them off, please choose another pharmacy. The staff do not care at all about patients/customers. They are rude and not helpful. Most Walgreens suck but this one should be extra embarrassed. Every single time I got there the line is a mile long. I just don't understand how they haven't killed someone by now. Our prescriptions are always wrong! This is so so sad and dangerous. My little one haw experienced negative side effects of being off meds waiting for them to get it right. Then the staff have the nerve to have attitudes. Sassy, bossy, ignorant and even had phone slammed down on me and been ignored for 12 minutes upon arrival.
