I moved to a different practice. It was a lie. Someone from my office with the same insurance company and coverage told me they love our insurance because it pays for all services; the exact opposite they told me. I understand that people have the right to refuse a service, but to lie about it feels UTTERLY unprofessional and very disappointing. We didn't do anything to deserve this treatment. I feel like they discriminated against my origin and skin color. We're living strange times for sure. Also for those who are wondering, no, we weren't admonished or called out for any reason or misbehavior. I wish they would have been honest and said they didn't want our business. Did great with my little one an made quite the impression, considering my little man is asking to go back. Yeah my FOUR year old wants to go back. The dental hygienist were great as well, showering us with hospitality. Brown FAMILY dentistry should be all that's said when it comes to teeth repairs.
