I placed an online order for a yard sign from the Walgreens located on Pines and Douglas, store number 4476, which Sam repeated several times that meant nothing to him. After printing the clerk realized they didn't have the kit to adhere the image to the sign. She offered an alternative, but explained it would be a table sign versus a yard sign. She then mentioned she would discard the image. I explained that I wouldn't want to see a quality image go to waste. I asked if another Walgreens could assist. She explained if the store offered the service, they should. I called the store located on the corner of University and Miramar Parkway to see if they could assist. Diamond told me, she could not assist. I thought maybe we were having a failure to communicate, so I said I'll call corporate to see if they understood what I was asking.. Upon calling store 4476 back, the original associate said there shouldn't be an issue and suggested I go back to the Miramar store and ask for the shift lead. I entered the store on Miramar Parkway and asked for the shift lead, but the front cashier did not know who was the shift lead. I went to speak to Sam as she and I both said. Sam was very cold, condescending and cruel. He had no intentions of listening and immediately dismissed me. It was obvious that him and Diamond spoke previously. In the midst of the conversation, Sam walked away without helping. I then asked Diamond for a manager and she quickly replied, I was not rude to you. I quickly clarified that you were not mean, however I wanted to speak to a manager. She replied his name is Mr. Green and mentioned, it wasn't possible because of inventory. Sam and Diamond both lack the ability to provide stellar customer service. Their lack of empathy and support is not conducive to the Walgreens brand. This Walgreens it's good. Doesn't have the same specials as other Walgreens which is a bit off . Most of the time it's organized but can do so much better. read more

#walgreens on 8001 MIRAMAR PARKWAY is straight trash! They do NOT value their customers. They offer drive through services. However, is the worst. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO. Tonight I got in line behind a car at 7:40 PM. The person in the car took a very long time...22 minutes to be exact. Can you believe that when that car finally drove off, the but the closed sign in the window. I press the intercom(that is perpetually BROKEN) and they ignored me. I will admit that I got a tad bit belligerent and tapped on the glass with a quarter. Those people did not look my way. Meanwhile, I am having a LUPUS FLARE, CAN BARELY WALK because I am in EXCRUCIATING PAIN. I can see if I arrived after closing or even close to it...I was there a whole 20 minutes waiting AND I PURPOSELY PULLED CLOSE TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME SO THAT THEY WOULD SEE ME. I was furious! I went inside to speak to the so called "MANAGER", Sam, he said they close at 8. I explained that I was there before 8 and that B.A.N shrugged his shoulders and gave me an empty azz half azz apology. Had to transfer my prescription refill to another Walgreens as I'm traveling out of the country in a couple of days. This wound up being the Walgreens of choice, and meh, this was slower than molasses at the drive-thru. Spent between half an hour and an hour there. Absolutely ridiculous. Mind you, this Walgreens isn't alone in this area for doing this. If there's one thing that Broward County can take a lesson in from Miami-Dade County is how they handle their drive-thru pharmacies. Horrible time management and customer service. Had an appointment for a hep b shot at 3pm. Currently still waiting and it's been an hour... a shot that takes less than 3 minutes to administer and the wait is ridiculously long for no reason. read more

I went to store 6011 to pick up a paid online order, I was waiting by the counter when an associate walked by and asked "what do you need " I replied "I'm picking up.." she interrupted me and said "I'm NOT doing pick up " and walked by me. To my surprise this associate is the AM "Carla", how is it possible that Walgreens have management so unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. Horrible customer service. The shift lead Silva is rude and ultimately told me to go to CVS and that I should know the rules for walgreens, I don't work for walgreens and that is his job not mine. i have been going to the walgreens at 8001 Miramar pkwy with no problem for a long time and have never had an issue. He is rude and should not be the one in charge handling customer situations. It's all how you talk to people. He needs to go back and learn how to talk to customers. I had pictures done at JCPenny they told me I shouldn't have a problem printing pictures, so I was surprised when he told me he wouldn't and they don't have to notify me that they won't print the pictures. He told me this is walgreens not jcpenny and they can't tell me what they can do. If he said it in another way politely and not insisting I should know the rules of walgreens. I don't work for walgreens therefore I shouldn't know. Lost a customer for sure! Not to mention I am 9 months pregnant and this is after waiting for 15 minutes. HORRIBLE PHARMACY! Horrible pharmacy technicians . Did same day delivery for my prescription and it has been two day ! The app has been saying ready to ship for TWO WHOLE DAYS i called on the first day she said i will get it from 3 - 9 pm it never came . I just called again and i am just now being told it will be sent out today . So if i never called i would still be out of my prescription. Just Horrible I'll stick to CVS and Publix Pharmacy. read more

Disgusting!!!!!! Check cameras corporate. Cashier let customers steal right in front of us then refunded their (not paid for) money on stolen items while WE WATCHED everything happen. Corporate should investigate the male manager working this shift because he laughed it off with her. 8pm on 7/25/19 absolutely ridiculous. The gentleman working at the Pharmacy, Paul, is not great at well informing customers. He just cost me 3 to 4 hours of my day by having misinformed me about the availability of my medication. They called me 2 hours after my drop off to let me know that they do not have it in stock, just as I was on my way to get it. Most certainly won't be going to Walgreens for my prescription orders. read more
