So yesterday was 2nda appt and I could not recommend this group enough! I am having to have a crown replaced and the first thing Dr. Holley said after he introduced himself was "If at any point we need to stop or you need a break, you just let me know". I have never had a dentist make me feel so at ease and relaxed. They are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, not only the doctors but their staff as, I have finally found my "FOREVER" dentist!

Because it is a smaller store, of course it's not going to have the huge selection available at a freestanding store. However, there were items that were on display, like the Sephora X topcoat . I asked if any were left--apparently I took the last bottle--which the associate had to look elsewhere to find. I am such a huge supporter of Sephora because of the stellar personal services offered, but this location is different. I have never visited a location where all the sales associates stood behind the cash register, and talked to each other, not really paying attention to the customers. Now, there was a make up artist that greeted me several times and asked me how I was doing, but I really did not expect help from him because he was giving someone a makeover. I had to go seek out assistance when there were only 3 customers on the floor. The associates did not seem to know much about the products at all. Because of this, I asked if the store had recently opened, and I was told it have been open for about a year. So, I'm not sure what to think. Maybe more training needs to be done on the products? Maybe it's still relatively new compared to more established locations I've visited? Whatever the case, this was a very disappointing couple of visits. Just not what I have come to expect from the Sephora brand.

So much time had passed by then that I had to leave, as I had another appointment. Who would leave a store completely unattended? I try to shop online as much as I can to avoid this store.

I have giant eye brows and I am fairly particular how they are done. I recently moved to AL and had tried another place and was less than satisfied so I let them go... I did some stuff at home but I was a HOT MESS! Finally I broke down and because I trust both the Ulta and Benefit names so I tried it out. The service started promptly and although I was in the middle of the store versus a private room it still felt personal. He started with the traditional safety questions and then explained to me what he was going to do as far as brow/face mapping. When he was done I was AMAZED by how great they looked. Everyone knows great eyebrows can really impact your whole look! To top my own views, I travelled for work this week back to my native California and was stopped and complimented just on how spectacular my brows looked! People even asked my if they were fake or if I had used Wonder Brow. I simply responded nope, I grew them myself and I have a master brow technician!! The prices were on par for my expectations, the whole team was awesome, and Blake is a genius! I also forgot to mention, Monroe, ( I believe that was her name) she seems to be a team with Blake and helped me pick out a new foundation and was so friendly, funny, and wonderful!
