There was a small issue at the register holding up the line, which I didn't mind at all things like that happen. There were about three employees up front trying to help, and then Samille came over to check me out. Still no greeting, and her attitude felt like she didn't want to be there. I placed my barcode on the counter so I could get my wallet out, and I asked if I could use my birthday coupon and also get the free item. Instead of asking, she just grabbed my phone and started going through it, which I found extremely rude. I told her that was rude, and she didn't say anything just kept working. Then suddenly she tried to act friendlier, but it felt fake. Overall, this trip was very disappointing. I love Ulta, but the customer service is consistently rude, especially at checkout. I hope this location improves, because the experience leaves a bad impression every time.
