We tried to take it back but Dana and her manager refused. Claiming that she would never sell a ring like that and was very sure. When we requested to roll back the cameras they said "No." They also do not show you the ring before purchasing it, they just put it in the box and give it to you. After they refused me the refund I went to the official Pandora store to buy a new ring and they gave me a preview of the ring and boxed it in front of me. I have no reason to destroy a ring that's meant for my girlfriend and return it.

Montgomery JCPenney Salon. Back in March this stylist ruined my hair. She was negligent. I did not…read moreconsent to what she did. She was supposed to cut 1/4 inch off my hair in a blunt cut. The stylist spent 45 minutes removing 12 inches from the crown of my hair and botching my hair. She cut steps into my hair. She is supposed to be a Master stylist. This was by far the worst haircut I have ever experienced, and it has impacted me severely. She cut two years of damage in my hair. JCPenney failed to correct my hair in a manner that was satisfactory to me. The salon first offered to cut all my hair even and start me over but that would leave my hair significantly short. I explain that I was not comfortable with that. Also, the salon us unethical business practices, bait and switch to influence me to make an appointment. The stylist I requested no longer worked at the salon. I was reassured twice that the stylist was there. The stylist I requested left in Dec 2024. I do not expect a resolution as the company has shown me that they lack integrity and they do not care about customer resolution.

When I approached a floor staff member, asking if there was a pair of shorts in another size in the back, she refused to look at me and very rudely said to ask the register staff to check the computer "if they haven't logged off already." When I got to the register to check out, I asked about a different size and was told that if it is not out, they do not have other available clothing in the back. After being rushed out along with the other customers in the store, multiple other customers continued to walk in over the next 15 minutes to shop. (We were sitting outside in the shade after shopping.) Poor management for the closing shift. People who work until 5 PM will be rushing in to try and shop before closing. Have a better system so that your staff is not rushing customers out and losing sales. Lack of professionalism, lack of hospitality.. not somewhere I would go back to.
