My insurance says that I am entitled to x, they say z. What the heck is going on? The phone leaves you holding for hours, the reps know nothing. I have spoken with 3 managers regarding one issue.

After printing the clerk realized they didn't have the kit to adhere the image to the sign. She offered an alternative, but explained it would be a table sign versus a yard sign. She explained if the store offered the service, they should. I called the store located on the corner of University and Miramar Parkway to see if they could assist. Diamond told me, she could not assist. I thought maybe we were having a failure to communicate, so I said I'll call corporate to see if they understood what I was asking.. Upon calling store 4476 back, the original associate said there shouldn't be an issue and suggested I go back to the Miramar store and ask for the shift lead. I entered the store on Miramar Parkway and asked for the shift lead, but the front cashier did not know who was the shift lead. I went to speak to Sam as she and I both said. Sam was very cold, condescending and cruel. He had no intentions of listening and immediately dismissed me. It was obvious that him and Diamond spoke previously. In the midst of the conversation, Sam walked away without helping. I then asked Diamond for a manager and she quickly replied, I was not rude to you. I quickly clarified that you were not mean, however I wanted to speak to a manager. She replied his name is Mr. Green and mentioned, it wasn't possible because of inventory. Sam and Diamond both lack the ability to provide stellar customer service. Their lack of empathy and support is not conducive to the Walgreens brand. Desiree, the pharmacist at CVS, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She showed true professionalism, kindness, and patience, making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. It's rare these days to find someone in this field who genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they feel supported. Desiree did exactly that, and I left the pharmacy not only satisfied but grateful. CVS is lucky to have her, and I will definitely look forward to coming back knowing that there are people like her who put the customer first. Once again, thank you.

Please allow me to tell you why…read more 1) Open 24/7 2) The staff is always kind and yet professional. 3) Drive through for me has always been quick. 4) The parking and outside is maintained clean 5) I enjoy going inside, the place is organized even when changing season items. 6) If for some reason they have a delay in the drive thru, they have plenty of parking. 7) I always try to check the discounts, to stock up at a discounted price. 8) Clearance items, make great small gifts gifts. 9) Souvenirs! Most people don't know that you can buy Souvenirs for friends that come to visit you from other places. 10) Location, I think of this place as it's own island. For me it's good because folks come to buy something they need. Note: If you ever are having a bad day, like we all do.
