The pharmacist at Walgreens tonight was awesome! We were traveling from out of state and my daughter got sick. She was able to fill a prescription quickly for us, and helped us with insurance and confirmation on dosing on the med. The pharmacy was very, very busy at 10 pm Sunday but the pharmacist was kind and efficient. While we were in line, and overheard another customer venting on her...she handled the situation kindly and as effectively as she has the power to do. They did not answer my call for two whole days for a baby's prescription. Stating my order was delivered to my house on the Walgreens app I had to wait two days and 3 hours for them to answer my call. Then they stated the delivery was to far that they could not deliver. Now on the app it shows I picked up the medication when they were supposed to cancel the order. Now they are not answering it has been three hours on hold. They need to be fired. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for years and have worked in retail management for a long time, so I understand how important positive customer interactions are to the business. Unfortunately, my most recent experience during the overnight shift was one of the worst I've ever had in any retail environment. The cashier on duty, Yailen, displayed consistently hostile and unprofessional behavior: - Completely ignored my greeting ("hello" / "good evening") ... not even a nod or eye contact - Did not speak a single word during the entire transaction (no "hello," no "thank you," no "have a good night") - Made a visibly nasty facial expression (scowling / eye-rolling) when I spoke to her - Overall demeanor gave the strong impression that she was irritated and resentful that a customer was present to make a purchase It was openly rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful. For a 24-hour retail business, having an overnight associate who clearly does not want to interact with paying customers creates a damaging impression and directly undermines the store's reputation and sales. In my years managing retail teams, an employee who behaves this way would be placed on immediate corrective action (performance improvement plan) and, if the behavior continued, would be separated from the company... usually within 30-90 days. This level of consistent hostility toward customers is not a minor attitude issue; it is a serious performance and conduct problem. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can address it directly. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are the WORST, WORST, WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Over a week of fighting with them for prescriptions. It is a 24 hour pharmacy but yet because people are out they close the pharmacy. They don't fulfill your prescription. On top of that, they blind transfer you, they have attitudes and they can't give you an honest answer. I am beyond livid with these people. I'm not surprised this Walgreens has such bad reviews. They truly are a disaster. I typically don't come here, I either go to another Walgreens or opt for the CVS in Country Walk but today I was craving cereal and they had the ones I like BOGO. With that said, always check your receipt because they leave old tags on that are no longer the sale and if you decide to speak to a manager for a price adjustment (which they should honor), you will get a really rude lady who I already had an argument with the last time I was here 6 months ago, like I said, I avoid this place at all costs. Today is 3/14 and this is what they had as the price for the Chips Ahoy Cookies. I told the cashier the price was different at the aisle and he told me it was probably that I had to clip a coupon. I knew I hadn't seen anything about a coupon on the tag so I told him to hang on and I would check. That's when I noticed the little expiration date at the bottom. When I told him they should take down expired deals, his response was that wasn't his fault, thats the job of the "morning people". You are constantly on hold for over an hour, and when you do speak to somebody rather when you're barked at by somebody, they are not empathic nor patient. I dread coming here or even calling. My prescriptions are always delayed or they mess it up one way or another. Every time I call the pharmacy I'm on hold for minimum 20 minutes and when it rings they pick up and put me back on hold. This pharmacy makes it so hard to get your medication and the amount of stress and frustration they cause is unreal. I spoke to a manager at the pharmacy and she also didn't know what was going on and gave me as much information as their mobile app. She was also extremely rude and barely let me get a word in other than to give her my information. And when I asked for more information about my prescription delay she said that she didn't know. The people are pretty nice who work there. They do try to help find what you're looking for. The only reason why they aren't a five star is because they always have a long line--no matter what time you go. They forget that people come here to go out really quickly! Second, the language barrier. They tend to hire people who speak more Spanish that English. Which can be upsetting when the person trying to help you doesn't understand what you're saying. read more

Rude pharmacy staff. My husband was sick we went through the drive thru because it was pouring. The tech at the window said it would take an hour and half! and we asked if it can please be quicker and she stated if we came to sit inside it may be 20 minutes. So you are going to make patient get out in rain to wait instead of just filling prescription and we'll drive by again. Inside all you hear is the pharmacy staff complaining of their jobs. They had a horrible attitude made us wait more than the 20 minutes and the bottle of liquid medicine was given to us with a broken cap. I love this Walgreens. It's super close to my house so it's very convenient. Every time I go, I am welcomed and always have someone asking me if I need help. I've gotten my prescription filled here as well, and they always give it to me on time. I sometimes even wait a few minutes and get it on the spot instead of dropping off my prescription, going home and then going back. And everything here is very well organized and the store is clean and bright. Definitely a favorite Walgreens to go to. read more

I waited over an hour and the pharmacist was extremely rude to me. Hey I get it, you are busy but don't give customers unreasonable expectations of time.
