I returned for pickup after 25 minutes and was told that it will be done right away. I hear the pharmacists in Porter square also actually care about your wellbeing and are somewhat invested in getting you your medication. Especially if you're getting something weird or specialty, do not mess around with the pharmacy at this particular cvs.

I don't know why CVS wants this pharmacy to fail so badly. It's sad that they aren't willing to pay for a couple of extra people in the pharmacy, and would rather have customers leave them.

The pharmacist s were kind and accommodating until they had orders not to, and a supposed head pharmacist accused me on arguing with staff, which was certainly not true. Stay away from this place if you have complex needs. After interacting with them, my systolic pressure was over 180.
