She didn't process the top long enough but put a toner on to cover her errors, a toner that was left on far too long and turned my hair dark. I was mortified. The manager was apathetic and didn't address that the stylist messed up. The stylist kept saying "she agreed on the toner color." Yes I agreed to toner but didn't agree to orange highlights and toner all over, and left on too long. Deeply upset. On top it this, the stylist was incredibly rough and left my scalp in pain. I will never go back to this location for any reason ever again. Now I have to spend a lot of money to get a blonde specialist to fix all these errors.

The entire treatment was an hour long, and I left with my scalp feeling clean and rejuvenated. I would have never guessed this service was offered inside this barber shop building.
