Today's review is from the perspective of pharmacy services. I was here for immunizations that I…read moreneed to stay working. The appointment process is fantastic--all online and simple. Arriving ten minutes before my appointment there was a loooong line at the pharmacy. The special garage door for COVID Vaccines was closed with signage indicating ask at the pharmacy desk for FREE take home tests. No thanks. I waited in the line behind six others who were there for a variety of things, most picking up prescriptions. Fifteen minutes later I made it to the front. There was a bit of confusion as to whether I needed additional paperwork (I competed it in the app). I was sent to have a seat and wait. Seven seats and they were all taken, so I stood. I have no problem with standing--I'm merely pointing out that they were oversubscribed. I was called back up and given...paperwork. Why would I spend time in the online system to "expedite" my visit..,only ti do it manually at the pharmacy? Furthermore, why would I fill out the same Vaccine Administration Record questionnaire for each shot? Then there was an employee shift change. Evidentially the app allowed me and some others to schedule at this awkward time. I waited for a full hour after my appointment. Each time there was an immunization the person administering it would lock up and disappear for a cigg break or something for 10 minutes. Must be unionized. I would have left, but they had my immunization record and I don't feel like recreating that. This place stinks to get in and out of, and frankly I avoid it because of that. I wouldn't be here tonight if they had not offered me an appointment. Bottom line--save yourself the frustration and an evening. Go to Walmart for your vaccines. Most certainly avoid this Walgreens.

My prescription for antibiotics was sent in at 6. Pharmacy closes at 10. They tell me to come back…read morelater. I get there at 9:50. They say they haven't filled it and they are really behind. I ask what time should I come by tomorrow. "I don't know." I get they are overworked but do better. Also it's the day before a holiday. Of course you're gonna be busy with people going out of town. Make sure you're appropriately staffed to meet the demand.

Buyer beware: not a good place to buy items especially when Walgreens is just across the street…read more Thankfully we do have choices. On night shift register manned by cursing belligerent, rude and unprofessional female employee who apparently has no home training- avoid this place at night. Male employees helpful but no manager on duty and out of control female employee spouts "get the fuck out" and apparently takes prides on self righteously correcting customers on THEIR attitude despite being rude and non helpful herself. Pay cash and there are no refunds, only a money card you must spend in a CVS store. Credit card? May be the same, but careful now they have your info. Lost receipt - they want to take a picture of your id. Over the last few years, CVS has struggled with declining profit margins at its retail pharmacies, and this may be part of the problem. More training or better employee selection could possibly help but best bet is to just avoid - especially the Madison Pike store! Bad scene.

I came back in an hour and gave my prescription to her, the response was "we dont have that medication". Funny I told her because you called and said it was ready. I was told that they won't be getting it in the future either. This was Friday December 8th at 2:30pm. I went to walgreens right across the street and asked if they could help, the prescription was transferred there and they helped me out. I will be going to walgreens from now on.
