The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and checked me in without any issues. My visit with Dr. Tiwari couldn't have gone any better. He assessed my skin tags and provided the best treatment for me that would minimize any scarring. Also, without even asking, he spotted an irregular mole that was concerning to him. When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!

By the time I had full information at any stage, walking away already cost me money. * I was told the Surgery Proposal was "simply a proposal," not a binding contract with a cancellation penalty, and I was not given a copy of it when I signed. * The consent form disclosing 100% patient liability for complications was sent to me only after my first deposit was already paid. * My final consultation with Dr. Wilson -- where the real risks were actually discussed -- was scheduled only 16 days before my surgery date, already inside the 50% cancellation window. * At that consultation, Dr. Wilson asked me to change my pre-anesthesia questionnaire answers from "Unsure" to "No," to proceed with the surgery, even though I genuinely did not have the information at the time. * I canceled after learning of a specific, serious family medical history involving anesthesia complications, and I notified the office immediately. I returned to Dr. Durst's office today for removal of my stitches. The level of care from his receptionist to his nurse and himself has been excellent. I am not the typical patient in that I am not having augmentation, liposuction or any of the other services this office provides. I wanted a good plastic surgeon to minimize the scars from two lesions being removed. Dr. Durst and his nurse are awesome!!!
