If you have to have a mastectomy and are looking for a great plastic surgeon, then make an…read moreappointment with Dr Patrick Wilson. You can be assured that your reconstruction will be not only successful, but you'll end up happy with the way you look when it's all done. We clicked with him from the day we met, and his friendly and positive attitude helped us get through this trying time. Ask yourself, when was the last time you had a doctor who not only had a sense of humor but actually talked to you like a human being? He was very good at explaining all the procedures required for the reconstruction and always made sure we knew what was being done. He never tried to convince us that he knew what was best and always let us decide what direction to take. We couldn't be more pleased with Dr Wilson and highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a plastic surgeon.

I am sharing my personal (terrible) experience with Wilson Plastic Surgery, particularly regarding how financial and medical information was disclosed. I experienced a consistent pattern from start to finish: important disclosures -- the consent form, the complication-liability terms, a legible copy of the cancellation policy -- arrived only after I had already paid. By the time I had full information at any stage, walking away already cost me money. * I was told the Surgery Proposal was "simply a proposal," not a binding contract with a cancellation penalty, and I was not given a copy of it when I signed. * The consent form disclosing 100% patient liability for complications was sent to me only after my first deposit was already paid. * My final consultation with Dr. Wilson -- where the real risks were actually discussed -- was scheduled only 16 days before my surgery date, already inside the 50% cancellation window. * At that consultation, Dr. Wilson asked me to change my pre-anesthesia questionnaire answers from "Unsure" to "No," to proceed with the surgery, even though I genuinely did not have the information at the time. * I canceled after learning of a specific, serious family medical history involving anesthesia complications, and I notified the office immediately. I was told not to worry, rather than being connected with the doctor to discuss it. * I asked to speak with Dr. Wilson directly before the cancellation was finalized and was not given that chance. * I requested copies of documents I had signed back in their office and did not receive a legible copy until months later, after I had already paid in full -- and one specific document I asked for still has not been provided (even after more than 4 months passed).

First I want to say the Breast Center on Adams' customer service and technical support team are…read morefine. I've been a customer for decades and am pleased with that. Huntsville is now busting at the seams and not only has safety, traffic, over crowding issues become concerning the fact is there isn't enough parking spaces for the Breast Center at 910 Adams street. People in cars line up and block traffic which is one way in only, others stake out watching for patients coming out and fight to get their spot. It's ridiculous that I was forced to park about half a mile from the breast center and walk in close to 90 degree weather and am too old! I don't know if I can keep it up with my foot pain I experienced when I hiked that far to and from my car. It was so far I had to use my watch tracker to find out where I was and to find my car. Headlines could read "A senior citizen lost trying to find car while seeking help to get to BC appointment and then find her car in Huntsville, AL." I made it there but a bit late and the service Was very good and results reported fast from my visit. I know I am not the only one asking management (city?) to help with this parking/traffic dilemma! I miss "old" small town Huntsville as the new construction, mega apartments and sky bridge efforts push forward to bring in more overcrowding!

I struggled through to the imaging room and then back out to the car, having to sit numerous times with my right knee popping out of the joint. This was a very painful experience.
