I tried to pay for a recent order via the company website, but it malfunctioned. Had to call to give my credit card number and waited 15 minutes on hold. Never sent it. Had to call back and wait. Another rep promised to make the correction...but didn't. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Just an awful mess. Simply don't know why my derm continues to use them. UPDATE: In fact, I was charged a FOURTH time on a second charge card.

I called Bay Life and, while they didn't have it on hand, they said they could get the raw material that day and have it ready the next day. My vet faxed them the script and they texted me the next day at 11 am to let me know it was done. Plus it was $35 cheaper than the online pharmacy (without shipping). Yes, I had to drive to get the prescription, but I like supporting local vendors. So another plus!

I read the back and it said they were family owned and operated which I ALWAYS try and support local businesses over in my case, Walgreens. My doctor told me they would call me and be sure and answer the number however I was anxious to get started so i called them. A very nice woman answered the phone and I explained why I was calling and she checked and said that the did not have my script yet. She said no worries that they had Dr. Fansler's cell phone. and would call her. Not 10 minutes went by and the pharmacist called me and very patiently explained everything I needed to know since this was new for me. I asked if it would be Monday before it would be ready and said that they could have it ready in about 30 minutes. So I was out and about and headed right over. The girls were so nice and patient and Kimber tooknthe extra effort to ensure I was informed about what I would be doing. I left and had to pick up a RX at Walgreens hopefully for the last time because they offer the opportunity to match or beat what I am paying. I dread dealing with Walgreens every month because it is a nightmare trying to get through to the pharmacy and then there is always a wait at. the drive thru. I am so happy Dr. Fansler, who I adore recommended them and their price for my therapy is over a $100 less! Support local businesses that still have the motto of caring about their customers!

After a disagreement he started yelling in a language I didn't understand but after giving me the middle finger 4 times in front of his staff and customers I said, "Oh I get what your saying now try it in English." Never once do he ask me and for all he knows I could have been selling them in the streets. We get in an argument about the price of the drugs and he refuses to fill the script. After having him cuss me out and giving me the middle finger 4 times I leave. I go to Walgreens with the script and they not only asked for ID but called my wife's doctor and my wife. I didn't mind, I was treated with respect. The script was filled and the next thing I get home and my wife is in tears because this jerk threatened to call the Dea on her!!! She had a valid script and he is the one the Dea needs to talk to. You can't fill a controlled substance script without proper authentication and he is the one the Dea needs to look into. I filed a complaint with the bbb and his stores website. My review disappeared within hours. Beware of this guy. Could be part of something nefarious?
