Doctor on hold for 20 minutes. I'm now on hold (on cell and landline) for 17 minutes-not acceptable. Especially at noon on a Tuesday.

When I arrived there wasn't anyone there to greet me, but the nurse practitioner and the nurse practitioner in training were seeing a client already so do not be alarmed if you show up and you don't see anyone just be patient. The visit was quick and they seemed knowledgeable. I had my script ordered and filled within the hour.

The employee at the window told me my daughter had no refills at all. I questioned it because it didn't match what her doctor recently ordered, and I requested the pharmacist. The employee's demeanor changed immediately. The pharmacist then confirmed my daughter did in fact have refills on all medications. I'm disturbed because it felt like I was being given misinformation until I requested the pharmacist. Regardless of the reason, that level of attitude and inaccuracy is unacceptable when dealing with a child's life-sustaining medication. The employee's attitude was unnecessary, and giving wrong information about a child's prescriptions is unacceptable. Please retrain staff and take patient safety seriously . I really appreciate the Pharmacist taking out time to allow me to properly address my concerns today . My experience with the Pharmacists at this location I rate a 98 percent satisfaction with how they handle and handled my concerns and prescriptions but today I was not satisfied with how the female pharmacy tech treated and handled such an important situation this morning . Please remember never feel guilty about advocating for you and your child/children , if something feels off speck up it could save a life . I feel this was not an honest mistake but done on purpose but if it was an honest error it needs to be addressed .

I came to this location to pick up a prescription for Adderall, with valid insurance (Aetna) and a doctor's order. Instead of professionalism, I encountered obfuscation, policy inconsistencies, and what appeared to be intentional stonewalling. I was told I had to pick up two medications together -- a claim that has no legal or regulatory basis and may in fact violate DEA and state-level guidelines. I made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve the situation. I asked politely. I followed up in person. I delivered a written request citing 45 CFR § 164.524 -- the federal right to access my own health records, including SIGs (medication instructions). That request was met with more delays, deflection, and in some cases, condescension from staff. Let me be clear: I did not walk in looking for a fight. I stated plainly what I was there for -- my medication -- every time. What followed felt less like standard pharmacy procedure and more like a series of maneuvers designed to avoid accountability. I now have the names and license numbers of those involved. I have preserved copies of all correspondence, prescriptions, and photos. And while I am still open to resolving this amicably, I am prepared to escalate -- including but not limited to CVS Corporate, the Florida Board of Pharmacy, the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), and agencies overseeing DEA compliance. I remain hopeful that CVS recognizes how vital it is to address incidents like this before they escalate into broader exposure or regulatory scrutiny. As a longstanding Aetna-covered patient, I trust that your team understands the value of proactively restoring trust -- before reputational or compliance costs grow unnecessarily.
