Appalling customer service. The pharmacy staff was very rude when I was trying to use a coupon code for a mediation that was not covered by insurance. They made me get out of line and back at the end of the line because they didn't want to hold up the line since entering the code took 30 seconds to process. I've never been asked to get out line before nor was the 30 seconds any more time consuming than the other customers in line. read more

They do not answer the phone. I call ahead to make sure they have my prescription because the texts saying they are ready are automated and typically wrong. I have been on hold for 45 minutes only for them to pick up the phone and hang up. I then have to call again and wait for another 45 minutes and hope they answer. The problem is not the staff, it is with corporate leaving them understaffed so they don't have time to answer the phone with enormous lines in the store and in the drive thru. read more

My spouse and I were supposed to get our updated COVID and flu shots at this Walgreens on Saturday. I'd scheduled them last week and I was happy because the website said they had Pfizer in stock and that was our preferred brand. I got up earlier than I normally do on Saturdays (I'm a day sleeper) and started getting ready to leave. I'm needle phobic and I slept poorly due to anxiety over the appointment. 45 minutes before our appointment, I received an email (not a text or phone call, but an EMAIL) saying our appointment was cancelled, no reason given. My spouse called because I was in tears and freaking out because I'm immunocompromised and it's been difficult to find anywhere in town with the COVID vaccine in stock and I really, really need it. Turns out, they "don't have the staff" for our appointment but they really hoped we'd reschedule; the soonest they could get us in was Monday. We picked Saturday 'cause it works the best with our schedule. We ended up going somewhere else on Sunday 'cause that was the soonest we could get in anywhere and it led to my spouse missing a crucial appointment yesterday (Monday) due to feeling too miserable to make it. I definitely won't be considering this Walgreens for vaccines ever again. read more

Yes, the staff care and yes, their service and systems are inefficient. Staff does the best with what they have. Management in the pharmacy and those controlling them from elsewhere have no regard for their customers. Every order and refill with them is an issue and I don't get out of there in under 30 minutes, if I'm lucky. I feel sorry for the technicians and pharmacists who work there but, by golly, they need to speak truth to power. The corporation has outsourced their operations off shore as have other pharmacies (like King Soopers). For Walgreens though where the pharmacy used to be the priority of their stores, it's a shock to see them relegate such a professional service to near robot status. I'm stuck there for time being but have found a possible alternative that I can make during my open season later this year. read more

My gosh! How bad should a person feel for trying to pick up a prescription these days??? I'll admit that perhaps I may not be "up to speed" on pharmacy protocol especially when an RX is sent in directly from a doctor. HOWEVER, to be told "we received the RX but we are out of it" and then snapped at to "figure it out yourself" after asking if we could see if another has it in stock, was quite shocking. If my question "can we see if another store has it" was that far out of line, then I'm whole heartedly sorry. Thing is, it really isn't out of line at all. The miserable girl In the long sweater, glasses and low pony tail (assuming not a tech or pharmacist by her unprofessional attire) has a problem with being kind on any level. Sincerely hope she finds a more suitable job, one void of basic human compassion. This was unacceptable. Would never consider Walgreens Pharmacy after this interaction. read more

My husband and I have been using this location for five years and watched the service steadily decline. I'm sure COVID had a major impact on this. The pharmacists have always been great but the supporting pharmacy staff is hit or miss. Some are very kind and helpful and some are surprisingly rude. Their pharmacy refill automated system is extremely buggy sending notifications that refills are ready or denied when they are not. Lately the drive thru and the store itself have randomly closed despite posted hours saying they should be open. I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

My favorite Walgreens in town. Every face I've had service for me here has been amazing. The staff actually cares here. I once needed to pick up a prescription two weeks early because I was going to already be out of town the same time med runs out. They got it in so quick within a day. I was surprised and did not expect that. No problem picking up my prescriptions ever. However, I switched to another pharmacy last night for an emergency for my son. The service at another location was awful. This one is sadly currently on strike for the time being, otherwise I would've picked up my son's med here. Wish the reasons they are on strike for will get resolved with management. read more

Waiting in line. Was told they were closin in 30 seconds even though it was 5 minutes until their lunch break. I told the lady i would transfer my perscriptions elsewhere. Her response was "good luck with that". My impression is they will not transfer your perscriptions if requested even though they seldom have your meds in stock and you are always waiting for them to be ordered. They literally haven't had a good review in years. read more

This Walgreens is horrible the drive through is inoperable and the waiting line inside is so bad only to get up there and have them tell you your prescription isn't even ready! Ugh get more help. The clinic and prescriptions should not be the same line!!!!! With one person to helping. read more

I have never been treated as bad today by any business as I was today. Walgreen Pharmacy closes at 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:50 pm and got in back of the one car that had been being waited on in the drive-through. By the time it was my turn it was 6:56. Still plenty of time for them to get my one prescription. BUT NOPE! They throw up the closed sign in my face. I pulled forward and threw my arms up and said are you kidding me! The girl looked at me and smiled!!! SMILED!!!!! We have given Walgreens our business for over 25 years. I was there before closing and am shocked that I would be treated that way. So I went inside to let them know that I had been in line for 6 minutes and that they needed to help me. They obviously didn't care as they were already heading out the door. While they had problems in the past, the last couple of times that I have been there has been fast and reliable.

My son went to pick up a prescription at around 3pm today. The sliding door was down and no one was available to even ask a question to. Apparently they're "under staffed". This is unacceptable on so many levels. There's a reason folks are prescribed medication. If this Walgreens is unable to provide it, with so many other Walgreens around, the medication should be able to be filled and picked up at another. Or here's another idea. Close some of the Walgreens and have fewer stores that can actually provide the service they are paid for. read more

I've been to this Walgreens location 2 times. Both times the customer service was awful with the same employee at the register up front. She was rude and condescending the first time and just condescending the second visit so I suppose that's an improvement??? She didn't give me my entire photo order but I had no interest in going back in to get it. I'll drive further to avoid that kind of customer service. read more

If you need a prescription go somewhere else. They have the drive thru closed to Covid testing only. One line inside to get Covid vaccine and prescription. Waited in line for 30 mins for a prescription. Manager wondering around not helping. 20 people in line and one person working the desk with 5 people behind the counter. Think about all those people standing in line and people are worried about Covid. Good job in making everyone stand together. I won't be returning until they make this s$&t show better. read more

This review is for the pharmacy, awesome service from Cassidy as there was a problem with my insurance card. She went out of her way to help me as she knew I needed my medication. I just left Sam's Club Pharmacy for their awful customer service. This place is 100% better on my first visit in here. Only issue is the cost is a little higher. read more

Store is worthless my 7 year old son had a migraine and the doctor sent in a prescription and I called to see if they would possibly make an exception to help us and stay open cuz I would arrive right at 9pm and the pharmacists said she was closing the doors at 9pm, which I understand everyone wants to go home and whatever but I was gunna be there right at 9:00. Rude staff!!! Absolutely will not return despite living right next door. A lady almost pulled a child out of the bathroom cause "they were closed" very rude and we were told that the cashier locked herself out of the register so we could not buy anything. I called the pharmacy to check on a script my doctor called in and the boy (I say boy because a gentleman has manners) was rude and I over heard him make a remark to a co-worker. I have had issues with the service I have received in the past from this pharmacy. I would not recommend this pharmacy until restaffed. read more
