All Walgreens are horrible, the pharmacy that is...this location never has any meds in stock, pharmacy staff is God awful and nasty to customers and ignore you at all opportunities to do so.. They don't pick up their phones nor do they take any of the tasks at hand seriously or with priority.. But they sure do make sure they're closed for their meal break from 130p to 2p.... So annoying... Why can't pharmacy staff just be nice... If you are having a crap day...stay home... Or go breathe and try again.. Why do customers have to suffer because of someone else's miserable existence.... It's so sad.. I've transferred all my prescriptions to Walmart in Canton. They're awesome... Absolutely not. Every time I patronize this specific Walgreens going through the pharmacies drive-through. It's always an excuse or a problem. I wouldn't waste my time here. I suggested they close the drive-through all around and only let people patronize the pharmacy via inside the store coming through the drive-through you're going to wait just as long as you would as if you would came in the store read more

The assistant manager Charlie is a racist little lying BITCH! I went to return an exchanged item for which I never received a receipt for they told me that it would be in my email (which I didn't get). Anyway, I proceeded to return some liquid Mucinex without the receipt. Charlie gave me attitude from the very beginning and proceeded to tell me "I shouldn't be returning this". I asked why, and she told me because it was half empty. I proceeded to open the bottle in front of her face and it was full. Only 10 MLs were used. I had some diapers that I wanted to purchase after the return, she had me go to a register with a different person to check out when she could have rung me up herself. read more

The worst Walgreens on earth the last two times I've arrived to pick up my prescription they were rude and slow and then stated they didn't have my script ready that they were short staffed as there were 4 people behind the counter didn't seem to be short staffed and told me it would be a half hour wait. I waited the second time I went through the drive through and no one was in line inside or outside and they said it's not ready I said it's been 4hrs she said it will be an additional 15 mins go back after 20 no one will answer the call button or come to the window these people are lazy and rude read more

If I can't trust them to write the correct birthday on my prescription, how am I supposed to trust them to disperse the correct medicine. I can drop my prescription off and it wont be filled at the allotted time the tell me. Then they can't find my prescription or its sitting somewhere where it shouldn't. This is not one time, this is "every time". I'm not going to deal with Walgreens anymore it shouldn't be this hard to get a prescription and because I've lost confidence in them, I am now making it a point to check my medicines to make sure they put the correct pills in the correct bottles. read more

this store has horrible customer service. I ordered online for delivery. Only a small part of my order was delivered. Walgreens refused to deliver the rest and a manager refused to come to the phone even though they admitted the error. I had to drive to the store and get it myself, which I was trying to avoid. I didn't even get the delivery tip back. Their pharmacy has also mixed up prescriptions. I will be shopping elsewhere. read more

I love this Walgreens! Every time I walk in, I am greeted and someone is always available to assist me. The sales are great, but the staff is even better! In today's day and age, customer service seems to be lacking, but not here......they are quick, helpful and always so friendly. I go out of my way to give my hard earned money to this location. This review is for their photo center. I submitted my photos from my wedding to be printed online around 7:15pm and there was over 200 of them. I needed them for a gift that I procrastinated to complete and called them to see if they could have these photos done before they close for me. I spoke to Jasmin who was super sweet and she said she would run it and try to have them done for me. She called me back 15 mins before they closed and told me it would be done a few mins past closing but I can pick it up that night! If I can give this store 0 stars I would called today to have my RX filled pharmacy tech answered the call I told her that I had new insurance info to provide she tells me she can't take it over the phone , I told her I know that she can as a former employee I knew that updated info can be taken she then says "I am an employee currently with 10 calls holding and I would appreciate you bringing it in and hung up the line. I just had knee surgery I called to provide it over the phone because I can't go in. I called back to speak with a pharmacy manager the same pharmacy tech answered and tried to disguise her voice and say that she jus walked in. I asked for the pharmacy managers name she spelled the name- Sneha and hung up again. Can not stand this location! My prescription is NEVER ready, even when I call it in 24 hours in advance! The employees working at the pharmacy don't acknowledge people standing at the counter for several minutes. The employees are rude and seem to not know what they are doing. They have given me someone else's prescriptions on two occasions over the last 8 months. My rating applies ONLY to the actual pharmacy department. I needed one prescription refill and spent about 4 minutes on the phone answering questions about this refill request. Once at the store I was taken care of through the pick up window fast and efficiently. I would give zero stars for the general upkeep of this property. The garden beds are baked and filled with weeds. There are weeds growing out of cracks in pavement. Garbage cans over flowing. Curbs in desperate need of being swept. And whether they know it or not they are pretty ripe for a robbery. Between the highest Windows on the sides of building and the thick unmanaged bushes and trees a person could get out pretty quick read more

This is my favorite Pharmacy there friendly and efficient. The store is clean and always in stock.

Stood right in front of the pharmacy counter for about five minutes and I guess I was invisible to all three employees that were in plain view as no one greeted or acknowledge me to even say that someone would be with me in a moment. I walked away and was approach by the Manager whose name is Russ. I explained to him was just happened and he response was "Oh sorry, you should just go back there." Now I'm clear why the customer service is dismal in the pharmcy department because the leadership lacks customer service skills. It only takes a couple a seconds to acknowledge a customer's presence and say someone will be with you in a moment. I will take my business along with my scripts across the street to CVS where I will be treated like someone who is not invisible. read more

This is the best pharmacy on the planet!!! No joke. Majid cares for each patient as if they were his own child. He is friendly; his staff is friendly; and they are always smiling while providing extensive education and quick and safe prescription filling.
