Cancelled on my CoVid Vaccination twice! The pharmacy has shut down twice in 1 week. It's very irresponsible during a pandemic.

Use caution prior to using the Shrewsbury Plastic Surgery Center. Consulted with Dr. Rose to have…read moremy breast implants removed & replaced with saline implants. The implants were to be placed under the chest muscle(sub-muscular) 1 year post-op I had my routine mammography and was told my implants were placed on top of the muscle not under the chest muscles. I called Dr Rose's office & asked his Nurse to pull up my post-op surgical notes that Dr Rose documented. She stated as per the doctors notes that the implants were placed under the chest muscles. I have left 4 messages for a call back without a response. This is malpractice in my book. Thinking of contacting a malpractice attorney, maybe that will get their attention. Beware of this plastic surgery center

Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE! I went for a microneedling session with Dr Yu and she didn't…read moredo it correctly at all, rushed and was finished in a minute and missed MULTIPLE areas of my face. She had another client waiting for her outside the room and apologized to them as she rushed me out of her room! On top of that I was sitting in the room with the numbing cream on my face for an HOUR! To then have her do the session inefficiently and sloppy? When I called to tell them I was extremely unhappy, I was told to email them "my side of the story of what happened" and when I did I never heard anything back and called their office multiple times and kept getting the silent treatment until I contacted my bank to dispute the charge because I had already paid for 3 sessions in full. I still had to pay $200 for her microneedling my face for 1 minute lol. What an absolute joke and a complete waste of time and money! I've gotten microneedling done at other places and they take their time and do it correctly and I've seen amazing results immediately after. You cannot complete this procedure in 1 minute! I feel robbed! Look elsewhere if you're interested in getting something done, I regret going here

I never write reviews, but this experience was deeply heartbreaking. I work in healthcare myself,…read moreso I understand insurance policies and practice limitations. That's why I made it very clear from the beginning that my insurance was out of network and that I was fully willing to pay out of pocket for both the consultation and any future treatment if necessary. I live in CA and was referred to Dr. Lakhiani by physicians who spoke very highly of him, which gave me hope after struggling with a chronic illness for over 7 years. After 7+ years of treatments, suffering, and spending thousands of dollars trying to find answers, I genuinely thought I had finally found the right provider when I scheduled this telehealth appointment. For the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful. I even follow him on social media handles. I was reassured multiple times that insurance would not be an issue and was told the telehealth consultation was free. However, on the day of my appointment, I received repeated calls trying to cancel because my insurance was out of network -- despite my willingness to self-pay even for the surgical costs. Then, just 30 minutes before my appointment, I was told Dr. Lakhiani does not see patients with my insurance at all. What hurts the most is the emotional toll. Patients with chronic illnesses spend years searching for answers, investing thousands of dollars, and holding onto hope that the next doctor may finally help. I was fully prepared to fly from California for a consultation, only to be turned away at the last minute despite being transparent from the start. I truly hope this review encourages better communication and more compassion for patients who are already fighting so hard every day.
