My most recent experience, however, has ensured I will never return. A couple of days ago, I bought cigars but didn't stay to smoke due to time constraints. When I returned to enjoy one of the cigars in their lounge, the same employee who sold me the cigars berated me in front of other patrons, insisting I buy another cigar to use the lounge, despite my recent purchase. When I politely reminded him that I had bought cigars just two days ago, he rudely responded, "I don't care if you bought a box two days ago, you can't be in here if you don't buy another cigar today." While I understand establishments have rules, the way I was treated was completely unprofessional and humiliating. A polite reminder would have sufficed, but instead, I was yelled at and made to feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to L&B Cigars and will take my business elsewhere where respect and customer service are a priority.

They offer much more information than you could ever possibly get with an Internet purchase. It's a no stigma experience without the strange looks if you ask to see a particular bong or pipe, wanting to know how a product works or one items l benefit over another, for instance. Say hi to Oden (store mascot) he'll be waiting to greet you at the door. He's a big part of the cool, laid back vibe of this department store sized head shop. Also ask about their "just keep the receipt" guarantee on most "Elite" brand products.

For example: a $2 pair of novlety socks found on wish.com sells there for $18. Most of their merch can be found on wish.com for less than a quarter of their price. They are thieves! The employee looked and smelled as if he hasn't showered or brushed his teeth in a month or longer. The employee knew very little on the products and seemed annoyed with every question I asked. His words were slurred and eyes half shut as if he was on heavy drugs. I assume the sitting area is to look at only because while my girl was brousing around, I sat down for two seconds and I was accused of being high and asked why I was sitting down. (There is a sign thats says grab a seat)They have this giant scruffy dog that jumps and slobbers all over you and the employee does nothing to prevent it except grab the poor dog by the neck a force him to the ground rather harshly. The dog is cute but could use a bath and alittle training before allowing gim to roam the establishment freely. By traing I do not mean the harsh choking of his collar and focing his head to the ground. All and all this is the worst smoke shop I have ever set foot in. Most of their products look like knock offs and appear very cheaply made. I will never goto that shop again and I suggest everyone take their business else where as wilI.

What really stands out is how easy the experience feels. There's no aggressive upselling, no confusing jargon, no pressure--just straightforward, quality service. Trinity was fantastic. She really listened to what I was saying and made thoughtful, educated suggestions without overwhelming me. I didn't feel like I was getting a lecture or a sales pitch--just someone who genuinely knows her stuff and respects what the customer is actually looking for. She answered every question clearly and confidently, without adding a bunch of extra information I didn't ask for. Even better, she didn't try to push more than I wanted. She helped me get exactly what I came in for and simply welcomed me back--which I genuinely appreciated... and will absolutely be doing (actually, I'll be back today). Highly recommend.

They were extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and pleasant. If you've never vaped before, they're happy to spend the time with you discussing all about it and how to get started. If you're a seasoned vaper, they love to chat about the latest and greatest. The place also has a great vibe. There's a bar with plenty of seats to sample many of their unique flavors. We liked "Honey Do" and "Betty White" by "Uncle Junk's Genius". There's also tables with chargers and comfortable lounge chairs as well as a TV. In addition, they had many unique, rare, authentic products as well as a good supply of a lot of essentials. It's right off the main Asbury strip, with free parking in the garage next door on Friday and Saturday nights. Worth stopping in!
