I tried to see if I can get it returned/exchanged/whatever and he told us it was MY fault that the tank broke and suggested I should buy a bigger tank from him. I then asked if I could speak to the manager, and he told me the manager would not allow me to return anything anyway so that I was shit out of luck. I don't understand how someone can be so rude. Will never go back here again.

Also, their selection and inventory of e-liquids is beyond sad. They sell a couple brands but they never have any flavors in the most common nicotine levels. If you're going for glass pipes you might find something to settle on, but if you want to vape without aggravation, stay away from this place!

The staff is very helpful. I haven't felt pressured to buy an expensive device. I've been here a few times. Had the same person help me the last few times and she knows her vape and knows how to blend. First time I've visited the new lounge downstairs.. Just need a coffee bar and I could stay for hours. This place is just better hands down.
