The store was not open on time... the folks there were not focused on the product and the gentleman who own the place seemed out of it. I was waiting outside on several occassions waiting for the location to open and several people were driving up and they would be annoyed and leave... the other retailer in the shopping center came out and told me it was a frequent occurance....and that tons of people were leaving and going to gorilla vapes down the road.... which is a great vape show btw.... unfortunately the location is now closed. A newer female employee now works there and sold me a dud cartridge. When I went back after the cartridge I purchased from her ruined my device and expensive gold laced wallet, she refused to refund me or exchange the leaking cart and accused me of smoking it and trying to scam her, when you could see the 'thc' liquid had leaked out from the cart and into my wallet ( which I showed her) I had previously been there two day before. Never pay with cash and always get a receipt otherwise they will scam you. Poor customer service and no customer loyalty, they will rip you off and keep your money from cheap Chinese copies. Loyal to the brand…read more.. This is not an indictment on them, but those laws in Jersey not allowing nicotine sales at vape shops anymore . I called first, just to make sure that they are open. It's a pretty large store and dealt with Josh. He was very helpful with navigating that law in the state. One can buy accessories, such as coils, mods and sub-tanks to fill your vaping needs. Now you have to buy your e-liquids at 0-mg. Then add your CBD oil and a sweetener to mix and match. 3-mg is my speed so one has to mix and match on these products. Those sweeteners are sold 3-mg & 6-mg in nicotine. They currently have 6 or 7 different sweeteners depending on your taste buds. Those juices are available in only 60-ml sizes currently. Therefore one has to grab a bottle of 0-mg of juice, add that CBD oil, plus that sweetener to mix and match your taste buds. Or just bite the bullet if you will, and buy those tobacco flavored e-liquids. I've never been a fan of that flavor, just have to become serious vape person to figure this out.
