Rich was very impressionable & extremely helpful. Prices are great. I found my vape store! Excellent stock of disposable & standard vapes. Next time because I felt so comfortable, I will consider buying a permanent unit & juices, coils etc. read more

This place is the best place I've ever been to to get all my supplies. Not only do they open up at 8am and close late, the staff is incredibly nice, professional and helpful and the music and vibes are top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always have what I need. J & A is the place to go! read more

Great Area? Awesome service as a professional with the customers and helpful with their products. First time getting into CBD they help me understand which products is right for me. Highly recommend J&A vapes if anybody's interested in vaping, CBD and other smoke products. I like the pre-roll ups and self roll ups... read more

J&A Vapes - Vape Shops Near Me - Staten Island, New York

Good place, lots of selection. Fair prices and nice people. That's all I ask from any establishment.

My boyfriend and best friend really likes this place. Their favorite vape shop on Staten Island. The staff is really friendly and informative. Their juice selection is also top notch compared to other vape shops on Staten Island. Pink panties is my favorite. They also have contests, like who can blow the most smoke contest lol my best friend participated in that and he had fun. Plus free lollipops lol and plus it's under alor cafe! So you can get some crepes right after lol. read more

Wether you are looking for a basic setup to quit smoking cigarettes or you are looking to get into sub ohm vaping and blow giant clouds J&A has everything you need. They also carry with a massive selection of juices that you can sit down with and try until you find your perfect flavor (or 5 like I did). They offer a cool environment with TV's, seating and a pool table do you can hang out. Highly recommended, easily the best vape shop on SI! read more

I've been to two other locations on Staten Island for vape gear, and this is by far my favorite. It's a great place, and the owner and employees make you feel very comfortable and welcome. It's a nice, large, shop with plenty of lounging room, and extensive tasting bar and even a pool table. My husband isn't as interested in vaping as I am, but I think I'll be able to get him into this shop with me! If I wasn't so busy with work and the kids, I'd be in there all the time I think. Needs a tiny bit of work on the selection for gear, but I have full confidence that the owner will get there. He was a friendly guy, who displayed an interest in mine, so I'm sure he's been interested in other's gear as well to know what to get into stock. He wasn't someone just trying to cash in on a growing industry. He seemed to be one of the owners who are genuinely interested in all things vaping, and therefore in a position to actually help his customers, not just sell them things. A+ place! Give it a try! read more

Place is awesome. When I travel for work around the US I tend to check out vape shops, and this is one of my favorites (and is around the corner from my house which is a double plus). Besides having a good variety of things for both beginners and more advanced vapers the staff is extremely friend and don't try to upsell you. The prices are very comparable to online for most things, so I would def recommend checking it out. This will be my go to B&M vape shop in the event I need something or just wanna hangout and build coils. read more

Ill start off with customer service. If its your first tine there, and u dont know anyone, theyre not too friendly. They didnt seem interested in a new customer and only focused on the usualls. That usually wouldnt bother me, but considering i got ripped off (after asking friends and comparing prices) i wasnt exactly too happy. They have a great selection which is why they get 2 instead of 0 read more

Super nice- they had a TFV8 replacement glass that I have been looking everywhere in Manhattan for the last 2 days! Wonderful service!

J&A is the place to go! Went to get my first vape to work on quitting smoking, walked in to a greeting and extremely friendly and helpful service. They're absolutely stocked with all kinds of stuff for experienced vapers, but more than happy to help first timers like myself. In addition to helping you find what you need, they have a huge variety of flavors and allow you to sample them as well. Went home with one yesterday and came back today for more, sat and sampled a bunch and walked out with two amazing flavors. Definitely give Unicorn Blood a try. Lots of creamy and smooth dessert flavors as well! Whether you're new to this like myself or an experienced user, J&A is the only place you need to go. Great hangout spot as well, with a nice little lounge area to just relax and enjoy and socialize! read more

So helpful. Really explained things to me and didn't charge me a fortune. Also I liked that when I had an issue with my tank they did not try to rip me off. They also have a great selection of juices. read more

Pretty good place. Solid staff that is helpful but expect prices to be bigger than what you see on the official sites online. This is woth every shop really, they need to make some cash but if you don't want to wait for that 3-5 day shipping or its an emergency you can get most of your vape gear here. read more

This is hands down my favorite vape shop on Staten Island! it is a full blown lounge with snacks, drinks, and recliners to watch the games on, in addition to being a wonderful atmosphere where you can smoke your pens with ease and try many new flavors! I hope they get some stronger nicotine varities in, at least a few 24/30mg ones would be nice, but the tank and battery selection was election for a rookie like me. They even promptly no questions asked refunded and exchanged a broken tank for me, even refilling the ejuice that I had already filled the broken one with! The atmosphere is extremely friendly, it is a young crowd, there is a pool table and they even have clowd blowing competions. In the past I had to go to my friend's shop in Brooklyn, MoVapes, to get service even approaching this level. Now though, I have a new vaping home right in my backyard. I can't wait for my next visit! read more

Great place ! Went to two other places to fix my vape and they had no idea what to do so i decided to drive to this place and they fixed it for me in no problem. Such nice people here read more

Best vape shop i have ever been to and the staff is super friendly and knowledgable and a wide variety of juices that you can sit down and try. They also have a juice bar where you can make your own flavors. I recommend this place to everyone read more

The juice selection is easily the best around. ANML, cuttwood, suicide bunny etc. I wasted too much time going in to the city for juice.

Jesse was very helpful and hooked me up with exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes!!!

Ever since I visited J&A for the first time I knew I would never have to visit another vape shop again! The selection is amazing, from their Vape kits to the ridiculous amounts of glassware they carry. They are always experimenting with new juice companies and flavors which makes for an excellent variety. The lounge aspect really serves its purpose with the spacious floor layout and comfortable seating, I find myself in the store long after I've made a purchase. Staff treats you as if you were a part of their family, this is the best vape shop on the Island hands down. read more

Great selection of e-cigs, batteries, vap liquid flavors and a ton of other smoking goodies! Great friendly service, too!

Very unprofessional customer service. Purchased an Eleaf 50w istick back on October 30th. Battery function died after 3 weeks of normal use. Tried to return device on Nov 22nd. Was told to contact the company for replacement. read more

The best vape shop on the island hands down! so helpful always and treats their customers like family. Even if the store closes at 10 and you come in at closing they never kick you out. Always there to help and recommend flavors that work best for you! not to mention they have way more than just mods and juices! highly recommend. read more

I actually laugh at people who like this shop, besides the fact that they have a fair amount of knock offs selling as real and they are just nasty most of the time; hey don't get me wrong I've been in there a few times and the worker was friendly but 8/10 times they are nasty. I would not buy a mod or battery here ton of fakes if you want authentics and service with a smile-no, service without nastiness go almost anywhere else. read more

A great selection and a big area. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I came here because of a reccomendation from a friend. I walked in around noon and was completely ignored. It was not very busy only two other customers. Even after one customer was gone still no one asked us if we were being helped or if we needed help. We finally got the attention of one of the employees who was not very helpful. Bought almost 60$ worth of items and was never asked about our membership. As we were walking out of the door we realized they didn't give us an item and had to go back for it. I was really hoping for a better experience because I have heard good things about the place and the customer service but I just left severly disappointed. read more
