The proprietor is tweaky and weird. He literally made me uncomfortable, and that is not easy to do. He claimed to still smoke half a pack a day while also vaping 18mg nic, not the kind of fellow you want selling vape stuff. And he actually bailed on our conversation twice, clearly to go in the back and vape or smoke uncontrollably. I was in there to buy a tank (I was in desperate need since my atomizers hadn't arrived and my own tank was dry). Because the selection was so limited, I ended up with worst tank I've ever used; it literally spat liquid nicotine into my mouth. I exchanged it for another tank, got home, and mighty USPS had finally delivered my atomizers. Despite the fact that this was the same day, he stuck me with the unopened, pristine tank -- $50 lost. I've been in a lot of local vape shops (and most of them are pretty poor, which is why most experienced vapers buy online). Vape NY is the worst shop I've been in. Given that there are several decent spots in the area, I can't think of a single reason to shop here. The juice is all mass-produced bodega-quality junk as well. read more

Nice spot, very welcoming. Decent selection, strickly store front Favor's on E-juice. customer service was great, the gentlmen helped me with everything I needed and then some.. And Very knowledgeable and didn't try push anything on me. Very friendly! Juices are very affordable and Amazeballs !!. Spike & Shaq were super nice & very knowledgable! Be careful with the "Mobster" (You'll know who I'm talking about when you see him.), he'll put you in your place if you give an attitude, but he's a cool guy. Great shop, the rep knows his stuff. Great selection for advanced users and modders. Much smaller range of entry level models for people like my mother. That's not a bad thing per se, they have some of the best and highest quality units available. I'm very proud that my mother is vaping on an ecigarette that I, one of earliest adopters and ECF users, would happily use. The liquid tastes great. Try the CML and LES, they are very good tobacco flavors. Trust me, almost all tobacco flavors taste like corn syrup/Carmel but this was spot on. The non-tobacco flavors are delicious! Come to this shop. The products are high quality, the knowledge that the shop guy has on the product is spot on. I'd absolutely keep coming here because the prices are good as well for a physical shop. One recommendation, perhaps a wider variety of entry level or slimmer profiled devices could be in order. You did a bang up job with all the advanced vaping gear but more discrete and mobile devices for a less niche market of vapers could lead to more business. the buggy man said fuck a lot but he knew what the fuck he was talking about when it comes to ecigs. he also called me 'babe' which was kind of weird for a man to call me but it did make me feel pretty. this company makes the only liquid i like vaping so i have to go here but even if i didnt have to go there i would still go there. i would recommend this shop to anybody interested in ecigs. read more
