And he actually bailed on our conversation twice, clearly to go in the back and vape or smoke uncontrollably. I was in there to buy a tank (I was in desperate need since my atomizers hadn't arrived and my own tank was dry). Because the selection was so limited, I ended up with worst tank I've ever used; it literally spat liquid nicotine into my mouth. I exchanged it for another tank, got home, and mighty USPS had finally delivered my atomizers. Despite the fact that this was the same day, he stuck me with the unopened, pristine tank -- $50 lost. I've been in a lot of local vape shops (and most of them are pretty poor, which is why most experienced vapers buy online). Vape NY is the worst shop I've been in. Given that there are several decent spots in the area, I can't think of a single reason to shop here. The juice is all mass-produced bodega-quality junk as well.
