First of all, the guy that works there has absolutely NO clue what he's talking about when it comes to vapes. He put my old tank with a new battery that I bought yesterday (he suggested it was totally fine) and it ended up burning my tank...and my throat. I tried to see if I can get it returned/exchanged/whatever and he told us it was MY fault that the tank broke and suggested I should buy a bigger tank from him. I then asked if I could speak to the manager, and he told me the manager would not allow me to return anything anyway so that I was shit out of luck. I don't understand how someone can be so rude. Will never go back here again.

The guy working there said the battery and the tank were compatible but obviously he had no idea what he was talking about. I tried to return it and the guy laughed at me on the phone. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. They need to learn how to treat their customers and how ecigs work. I went to vvvapes in Middletown and they fixed everything for me. As I was inspecting some of the cigars I was interested in buying, I noticed that every cigar I picked up felt hard and stale...and I was having a hard time finding one that felt slightly spongy and fresh like I prefer. At that moment, the idiot store manager with glasses (I believe his name is Rick, based on other reviews I have read) says, "My man, please only squeeze the cigar you are going to buy to avoid damaging them." I let him know that I was gently squeezing them because I was trying to find one that was not hard as a rock and stale...he then told me that these are all "premium" cigars and that I shouldn't be "damaging them for the next person. " I put the cigar down and walked out. After being a regular customer for several years, I will never shop there again. It seems that not only their product quality, but also their basic customer service skills need a lot of improvement.
