Carefully chosen items are all they sell; not a mass production shop. I am a value shopper and seek good deals, too. The store stocks products at the low, middle and high cost range of each category. Good parking in an adjacent lot and on the street. Easy in and out. Owner/partners are hands on, work the store and the community. First time ordering from here as I decided to check them out in honor of their 420 deals (or so I…read morethought because there's no deal if ordering delivery) . Also because they carry Dime Industries and honestly it wasn't worth it. No first time customer discount which already felt like a miss. The delivery was even worse. $13 delivery fee and then I find out the driver doesn't carry change. Not just that driver either - I called the store and they told me this is their standard and it's expected all change is additional tip so it's basically expected. That puts you in a really uncomfortable position because you're forced to overtip or figure it out on the spot. I ended up tipping cash thinking that was it but then the card machine added another $5 tip on top. 20 minute ordeal because the driver didn't have my $10 for change and card machine wasn't working. Ended up tipping that much after all btwn. Card & cash. The store couldn't take my payment over the phone either. Total tip came out to $21 which is crazy for what it was. Between the fees and the way they handle tipping I wouldn't order from here again. Not to mention I ordered hours before on Weedmaps awaiting my delivery which was cancelled. I was told they have no officiation. Why not attempt to resolve w/Weedmaps as I am sure I am not the first customer this has happened to. I did not receive my order until after 9PM
