We took them back to the store within two hours. They refused to return it. Justin who was working at the time refused to call a manager and was downright rude and arrogant. He said it's a manufacturer defect and there's nothing I can do about it. He basically told us tough crap once you leave the store you're screwed. Never will shop here again. They've lost a regular customer and I'll make sure they lose more. I promise the fog and smoke shop that I will let every one I know and every one I don't not to deal with these crooks. FYI Fog & Smoke Shop: refusing to accept return of a defective product is illegal. Federal law requires refunds if the product is defective. I'm not talking about small variations or cosmetic defects. I'm talking about a REAL problem with the product's safety and functionality that conflicts 100% with the product's advertising. Your employee told us the vape was good for 10,000+ vapes. It didn't even make 10. I believe this store knows this product is defective and is trying to get rid of this merchandise. How horrible is that.

The store is absolutely impeccable--spotless, beautifully laid out, and incredibly well organized. Every section is thoughtfully arranged, making it not only easy to find what you need, but genuinely enjoyable to browse. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and leave inspired to transform your entire home. The staff truly elevate the experience. They are courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and their knowledge makes a difference. Whether you have a specific project in mind or you're just exploring ideas, they guide you in a way that feels helpful and effortless. What I loved most is how inspiring the store is. It's not just about storage--it's about creating a more organized, functional, and peaceful environment. I found myself discovering so many smart solutions for both home and on-the-go organization that I hadn't even thought of before. On top of that, the entire experience is just easy. There's plenty of convenient parking, which makes getting in and out stress-free. Even the restrooms are spotless and well-maintained--something that really reflects the overall attention to detail and high standards of the store. Their exchange and return policy is another huge plus--simple, hassle-free, and customer-friendly, which gives you confidence when trying new products. This is more than just a retail store--it's an experience. Between the fantastic service, the immaculate environment, and the endless inspiration, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I have a love-hate relationship with The Container Store…read more On one hand, I love the promise of order. On the other hand, I resent the fact that I now apparently need to buy a container to house another container of stuff. We are living in a time where you are expected to pour your perfectly good box of Cheerios into a more aesthetically pleasing box before placing it in your cupboard. I am really supposed to believe the original box is no longer acceptable? Enter The Container Store, which both soothes and triggers me. I am currently in what I can only describe as a soul crushing transitional phase of life. I have just moved. I do not have dressers yet. Not because I cannot buy them, but because I refuse to be trigger happy and purchase something I will regret. I am painfully picky about furniture. So instead of making a rash decision, I am living out of boxes. Yes. Boxes for clothes. Plastic containers for makeup. Random bins for food. It is not glamorous. I DO have a pantry... I'm in a new construction home.... everything is fresh, new and oh so not organized... This time, I am trying to approach it differently. Buy exactly what I need. Not the whole store. Just what serves a purpose right now. That is how I ended up with roller storage solutions, including a Hulken bag, which is actually kind of brilliant. It is sturdy, has wheels, looks cool, and currently houses clothes that either do not fit or need alterations. I can move it around easily, which in this dresser free existence feels like luxury. There are genuinely smart solutions in that store. The Elfa system is excellent. I have had California Closets before and loved them. There are plenty of closet systems out there that can transform a space into something functional and beautiful. But my core pain at the moment is simple. I do not have dressers. I cannot put anything away. Everything feels temporary, stacked, shifted, mobile. The Container Store gives you tools to create order. It just also reminds you how much order you do not currently have.

Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! I invite anyone and everyone over to see the complete CRAP work of this company! I am shocked they are still in business!

Nancy spent a lot of time assisting with the design, which was complicated at times, but she stuck with us through multiple changes. Despite a slight delay with our paver delivery, the entire construction project moved swiftly. Patio's foremen were here to check on us throughout the process and answer and questions. Once the pool was filled, JP from Carefree spent an hour explaining everything we needed to know about our system and maintenance.
