We took them back to the store within two hours. They refused to return it. Justin who was working at the time refused to call a manager and was downright rude and arrogant. He said it's a manufacturer defect and there's nothing I can do about it. He basically told us tough crap once you leave the store you're screwed. Never will shop here again. They've lost a regular customer and I'll make sure they lose more. I promise the fog and smoke shop that I will let every one I know and every one I don't not to deal with these crooks. FYI Fog & Smoke Shop: refusing to accept return of a defective product is illegal. Federal law requires refunds if the product is defective. I'm not talking about small variations or cosmetic defects. I'm talking about a REAL problem with the product's safety and functionality that conflicts 100% with the product's advertising. When their template person comes out and you talk about things you want, they nod along but will change things to what they want. If you don't pay attention and trust them you will sign something without knowing they changed something or didn't add something. Once you sign the document, you are stuck because they will use that against you when there is a problem with something. Their countertop cut is uneven and then say your cabinets must not be level and that is why the multiple seams don't line up correctly. They pride themselves on a seam you can barely see, but mine are like the ones they show as the competitors seam. We recently had our whole kitchen done through Lowe's and this is a subcontractor that is used. Learn from my mistake, if you use them make sure you have them explain the drawings before signing anything and make sure you are completely happy with the drawings before signing anything. I don't know which office we were dealing with but they have a 407 area code.

UPDATE: 5 years post pool- install with this absolute NIGHTMARE of a company. We still deal with…read moreUNEVEN FOUNTAINS because they admitted to skimping out on plumbing and putting our deck jets on one plumbing line with one valve instead of 2, meaning the first fountain closest to the valve gets all the pressure and the second one is very noticeably lower in height because it gets less pressure. Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! Despite a slight delay with our paver delivery, the entire construction project moved swiftly. Patio's foremen were here to check on us throughout the process and answer and questions. Once the pool was filled, JP from Carefree spent an hour explaining everything we needed to know about our system and maintenance. We went with Patio because our neighbor recommended the company, and I would recommend Patio to the next family looking to build a pool. Here is a photo of my daughter helping us fill it!
