First off the old woman who works the register is awful. She's rude. She's passive aggressive or sometimes just actually aggressive. I have been nothing but nice to her and she will even yell at me for going the wrong way to enter the line when I'm the only one in line. She harassed a young man checking out about him buying condoms and saying he was a bad person. Aside from that i had to ask multiple times for my meds to be switched to this pharmacy after I moved because I wouldn't be seeing my doctor for a bit. They reassured me they'd switch it and I ended up having to drive to my previous city to get it. They don't manage prescriptions well at all. Half the time it's not even filled and they tell me to come back later to which I do and it's still not filled. If I could give one star I could. Go literally anywhere else. read more

If it was possible to give a zero star review, I would. The absolute slowest Walgreens Pharmacy whether it's on the phone (they put you on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up on you) or it's in drive thru for an hour or inside for an hour. You should choose anywhere else but here. read more

I also changed from CVS to Walgreens and I am finding it isn't much different. They do not notify you if a drug is not in stock. you have to call 5 times then go in and find out if my prescription was ready. I was informed they didn't have it in stock. it was a steroid prescription because I was having an allergic reaction. This isn't the first time. read more

Losing my business! Pharmacy has little staff. Tried calling about a refill for 2 days could not get through. Went to the store and the pharmacy is closed inside with a line around the building 2 lanes deep. Talked to a manager who said they had a bunch of staff walk out and quit. Bad company when they know this is coming and do nothing about it or to take care of all of the inconvenience and hardship they are putting on their soon to be former customers. I waited in the pharmacy drive through for almost half an hour and when I finally got up to the window, they told me that the pharmacist was leaving and I couldn't get my medication. I offered to pay right there on the app so they could just hand my medication to me and they still declined. the app, the website, the phone call, the voice mail, the email, and the text message said the pharmacy was open until 10p and it was only 7:10p when I began my fruitless drive home. If this was intended, they should update their everything to reflect this. also, I had a nosebleed during my drive home and I'm pretty sure that's unrelated but I'm also convinced it wouldn't have happened if I had stayed home instead of going to this store. read more

I never leave reviews but this Walgreens is awful! Be sure you don't get sick and not get your meds picked up fast enough! If they put it back on the shelf they will lose your refill in the system and tell you that's too bad you can't get them until a doctor calls in more! Yay to a weekend in pain! read more

I ordered business cards for my small business. This is what I ordered/made, and this is what I got. DO NOT ORDER BUSINESS CARDS FROM HERE!!! They are all different and very badly done!! Some have a weird white border along the sides and top. Some cards have the last letters missing on the back, and the email is crooked on some of them. They aren't even a perfect triangle either. Not what I made, not what I ordered, not what I paid for. Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Not worth the money!! UPDATE: I called the store and they said they can reprint it and I quote "our cutter isn't very good" Why would I want you to remake them if they look this bad and you can't guarantee that they won't look the same or worse? And if I want a refund I have to bring them in. Will never be getting photos from here ever again! read more

Unbelievable how two Locations only a few miles apart can make. This location is the last one I will shop at.. staff rude, not stocked well

Half the time they are out of stock so I called a few hours after my prescription was supposed to be ready. Waited on hold for an hour with "1 caller ahead of me", finally got a ring after half an hour. The ring continued for 15 minutes then they hung up. I tried calling back and got a recording saying they were now closed for lunch. Waited until 2, finally got to talk to someone. All I wanted to do was verify my medication was ready to be picked up, which it was not, but the lady told me it would be shortly. I told her that was fine, I just needed to make sure they have it in stock because if they didn't I would have to call my doctor and get the prescription transferred to either another location or a different pharmacy. She said she checked and they had it in stock. I was just at the store and the guy told me they were out of stock and he didn't see anything in the system. So I checked my Walgreens app and instead of showing "submitted" or "delayed" like it usually does when this happens, there was nothing there. So not only did they lie about having my medication in stock and ready to be picked up, but they deleted it so I can't even transfer it now. It's not usually this bad, but a typical visit is usually pretty close to this, and judging off people ahead of me in line and in the drive through, they have similar experiences. Luckily, it's not life or death for me, BUT if you actually need your medication, I would suggest going somewhere (anywhere) else, even if it costs a little more. TL;DR: Cant get ahold of them. They lie. They are clueless on inventory. They delete prescriptions. They are not helpful at all. Hopefully I saved you some time and frustration. read more

Seriously the most horrible pharmacy ever. Anytime my wife says our prescriptions are ready, I know I'm going to have a bad time. Today was no different. I was the second car in line and waited for over 20 minutes. I was between cars, so I didn't have room to move into the second lane. But that lane processed two cars before I was able to finally get out of line and go inside. I'm guessing this person needed to have a script filled rather than just picking one up. So, whoever they are is inconsiderate, and whoever was working the window really needed to ask them politely to get out of line and either come inside or come back. They were still at the window when I made it inside. Then I get inside and while they had 4 people (that I could see) in the back area, and only one customer in front of me, nobody even acknowledged me. One lady went by the counter twice, even looking at me once, and never asked if she could help. So, I waited for the customer to be done in front of me. Then I finally get the chance to talk to somebody and pick up my son's prescription. I give my info, she gives me the prescription, I let her know the situation at the window, and she doesn't even acknowledge it. A reasonable person would at least say, "I'm sorry that happened." Not her... just passed it by like she was ready for her shift to be over. She asked if I'd like to use their express pay. I've tried this in the past, but it never works because they have an old debit card on file. But I've tried to have them update it with my last 3 trips. The last time, the woman assured me it was fixed. Nope. Not fixed. So, no surprise there. I put my debit card in the machine, paid, and ended the terrible experience that is the Langsford Walgreens. Save yourself some time and trouble... don't go here. But I guess if you must, at least you'll be in a place that sells blood pressure meds. You'll need them. read more

The fact that all these stores are implementing membership pricing is absurd. Your not Costco your a box retail store. Everything on the shelves is marked one price but when you ring it up is 4-8 dollars higher. Complete bs! It is sad how much the pharmacy at this location has gone down hill over the years. The staff is mostly rude and wait times keep increasing as well as the hours they are closed, making it difficult to get prescriptions filled at times. Today was the last straw and I will be sending all of our prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I renewed two prescriptions on Friday and my husband renewed one. I received a message that they were ready to pick up and my husband tried to do so on Saturday and then again on Sunday, only to find the pharmacy closed. They do have a sign that says they will close the pharmacy unannounced if they don't have people to work. I tried to pick them up again on Monday around 11 o'clock and was told only one of mine was ready, the other two weren't . I told her that I received a call that they were ready but she did nothing to remedy the situation and asked me to come back in an hour. I had already sat in the line for 15 minutes waiting my turn so I wasn't very happy about this. My husband tried to stop on his way home and the drive-through line was wrapped around the building with about 30 cars in the parking lot as well. I told him I would go today and did so right after their lunch break at 2 o'clock. I was the fourth car in line and waited my turn only to get up to the window and be told the same thing I was told yesterday about my prescription. I tried to explain to the lady working the window that I needed this prescription because it was one of the drugs I need to take for my cancer and she asked me to circle back around and get back in line. At this point there were four or five cars behind me. I told her I did not want to do that so she said I had to go park and come inside. I was told they were behind and there were other people in front of me to have things filled, exactly what I was told the day before. That seems extremely strange to me since I filled them Friday morning and one of them was done but not the other one. I told her I was not going to move from that window because I needed the prescription and asked to talk to a pharmacist. After a couple of minutes the pharmacist came over and he was extremely rude to me. I did not move and she eventually came back to the window with my prescription, opened the window and shoved it at me. There was no thank you or sorry or anything like that. The level of rudeness from the staff here is astounding. read more

WORST Walgreens I've ever been to, and I used to live in Midtown! I hate CVS, but they're so much more helpful there. I've walked into this place and seen one line open, all the way back to the photo booth. Turned around and walked back out because I could tell everyone was buying wine and beer and the reason the line was so long was because the poor cashier was under 18, so the manager kept having to come up. Lawd forbid he open another register. But today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've been permanently disabled since 2012. I have osteoarthritis. I have fake hips, fake knees, and a bionic foot. My bionic foot recently snapped both my tibia and fibula clear in half. My scripts were written when they put my halo on on Mar 3rd. When they opened me up on Mar 23rd they realized all my tendons were torn. They had me under on the table for over 5hrs. It was dangerous to keep me under that late. They chose to do the tendons and fibula and schedule my tibia for next Wed. I knew David at Walgreens Pharmacy Dept would be an --- about it, because he always is, so I had the surgeon himself call him and tell him the script needed to be filled because the surgery would have to be finished in a week. At this time, Kelly, the pharmacist at St Luke's East came in, because I'm always required Lovanex shots in my stomach after a surgery like this. We laughed it off as it's protocal as she knows my husband has given me over 400. But I did tell her my concerns about Walgreens. I mean, for Pete's sake, they didn't even have the syringes for the shots, or the 10mg oxycodone. She called Dr. Patel (surgeon) in front of me and on speaker I heard him say he had called and it was handled. But when we got the phone call they were calling the insurance co instead of, oh.. Idk, listening to the man that FINISHED med school, I called and asked why when the surgeon had called to explain the situation. He asked me when that was. I calmly said about an hour before they discharged me, let me look at my papers. And I told him my paper says it would have been 3:42. He then replied he was there then, I was a liar, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! If you're permanently disabled I highly suggest finding a pharmacist that knows how to do their job with even one ounce of compassion. PS. I called Kelly at St Luke's East and she was flabbergasted someone in her profession would not only treat a patient that way, but call her a liar, she told me to bring all the scripts to their pharmacy tomorrow and they would be filled.....with respect. For all our other drug store needs we'll be across the street. At CVS. My wife and I went in to get a flu shot no other customers in the office area. Filled out all the paperwork got an appointment for 920 was seen at 935 asked if my wife could come in as well was told the next appointment was over an hour away. Previously I have been here with 4 people and we all went in and got our shots, the whole family done at once. Now they want us to wait an hour for them to do each shot? Nope, went to CVS across the street in and out no worries. Heck the grocery store does better than that bs. Done, wife wanted to move my prescriptions and I argued to stay, can't argue when they just do not care about customer time. read more
