It's sad to see how quickly this place has changed because it used to be one of my favorite places to shop. FSA cards and such don't always work as easily as the companies say that they will. This one didn't even seem to be an FSA card but the insurance company was saying that I could buy gifts and food and more. In any case, I looked over the whole store, minus two or three aisles with make up and such. I scanned the Nature Made vitamins and those were accepted. I was surprised, as that brand is usually the best in stores, and the most expensive. As I went to the cash register, it was quiet. The cashier, who I've met in the past from the other side of the counter, was friendly and helpful. She mentioned that one of them seemed to be BOGO and I went back to get another. Signing up for the store rewards got me an instant $4.00 off. I got four bottles and one was free with the other deal. They accepted the insurance card and I still have over $20 available on that.

To make matters worse, their lunch break is posted as 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., but they didn't reopen until about 2:10 p.m. By then, there was already a long line of customers waiting. It's frustrating to see different treatment depending on who is calling, and the delayed reopening only made the wait even longer.
