Went in for a couple items. While waiting to pay, the cashier Robin, either was having the worst possible day of her life, or just the worst customer service. She was extremely rude to an older man in front of us that didn't understand a coupon and talked down to him as if he were a 3yo kid. Then came our turn and all I could think was what we're we in for. We had picked up two items that were buy one get on 50% off and the register didn't ring it up. Robin talked to us like we are stupid and told us it's because we are not members. We went back to the isle and took a picture of the sale tags. We were right but she kept arguing with us. We would have probably paid full price just to get out of the store but because she was so rude to others, we waited until she got the price corrected and rang us up. This Robin needs an attitude adjustment and better customer service. After reading other reviews I see customer service is a continued issue at this location. read more

Shame,shame,shame on them if you want to be abused & yelled at then go to this store.Its unbelievable what this store gets away with on a daily basis(pharmacy I have no issue with)All the workers don't care at all.Why do I go there it's closest one to work,I shouldn't have to go out of my way to another store because of their's not my behavior.The wrose employee there is this cashier I didn't bother to remember her name she is not in touch with reality.What I mean is if my total is wrong or my coupon didn't go through which happens often at this store.When I try to tell her that we should fix it because I know I got the details correct for the sale,her response to me is your negative & you complian a lot.Ok,so what do you except me to do shut up & just over pay and not get my deal how does that make any sense.She would also start screaming real loud to me over & over again all because i said my coupon wasn't used.How about this concept you say sorry to me & let's see if we can fix it? If she doesn't like me saying something how about it being right the first time this is not my fault.Also if i ever needed an item that happens to be in the back area I'm always told its to busy to get it even if it's not busy at that time.So I end up not getting what I needed to buy.So does corporate know I guess I left messages for them through their customer service over 15 times through out the many years i went to this store.Half the time they don't call you back or when they do nothing gets fixed.Why is that? That is a good question that I still don't have an answer for & sadly never will.So i would hope to get a response here but I doubt it. read more
