I had a 9:30 appointment for a flu shot and waited for 40 minutes to receive it. They have no system to get people in to receive their immunizations in order. Pointless to schedule, even more pointless to come here for your needs. read more

Pharmacy manager had a guy today that was so rude and obnoxious. His copay went up he yelled and had a fit maybe look at your deductible before the pharmacy. The manger went way above anything I could tolerate calling names , rude manners I mean go to another pharmacy. Because 6 years they always very professional. I had a very upsetting experience at this Walgreens location. While shopping, I was wrongly accused of stealing by the security guard -- without cause or explanation. I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel like a criminal when I had done absolutely nothing wrong. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I expected better from a store I've trusted for years. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope Walgreens takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated. read more

Store has inexpensive decent wuality items with deals on almost every one of them. Customer service is pretty good as well. Pharmacy: These wonderful people deal with people who are ten times as rude as anyone giving a ONE star could ever be. Ya'll act like its their fault that there's a high turn around rate which shows you dont know much about working in customer service. I have always treated them with respect and i get the respect that i give back. They try their hardest to get things done but sometimes things out of their control happen and somehow it's their fault? Put yourself in someone else's shoes for once. Just as a future reference, Walgreens should look into providing training for Luke regarding costumer service. Luke was rude and condescending and rude regarding a return policy that Walgreens supposedly has on items that they do not sell at one location, but they sell at another location. I was asked to "kindly" go back to a store that is 10 miles away to return the product or to receive a price adjustment on the product because he cannot do that. read more

We have been using this pharmacy for several years. The staff there has always been polite and accommodating. Over the last few months they have been short staffed. This we understand. However, when we have needed to talk to someone via the telephone about a prescribed medication we have not been able to get anyone to answer. They have also closed the drive through due to staffing shortages. It is unreasonable to expect patrons to go stand in line to ask a question only to have to come back and stand in line again to pick up a prescription. We will be transferring all of our business to another pharmacy. read more

This WAS my go to for prescriptions for years. NOW they're unreliable. Walgreens automated messaging says my prescription is ready, but when I stop by moments later, the pharmacy has closed early for the day. The next day they are also closed. The day after they are scheduled to be closed anyway. Four days without a prescription that if I suddenly stop taking it could cause a stroke. Their long time pharmacy manager is gone, and likewise all the familiar pharmacy techs. Maybe Walgreens doesn't treat their pharmacy staff well. Maybe Walgreens has lost so much to looters at California stores they can't pay good pharmacy help here. Getting my prescriptions elsewhere now. read more

I sat on hold for the pharmacy for TWO hours on Friday, March 18th because my phone app said to call regarding my medication. By the time I supposedly had one caller ahead of me, the pharmacy was closed. The next day, I called as soon as they opened. I sat on hold for an hour, while driving down there. A sign in the window said that they were temporarily closed! So, I called on Monday, March 21st and sat on hold for over an hour again, the recording said I was one caller ahead of me. No one talks to the pharmacist for an hour. Clearly many people were just calling and sitting on hold before hanging up. This is SO terribly unprofessional! I drove over on Monday too, there were at least ten cars in line! I'll never use this Walgreens again. read more

There is a new pharmacist who will only allow you to fill your narcotic every 30 days. They treat my husband as a criminal for filling a prescription that he's been on for 6 years, same dose, same quantity. I've been told even though his doctor writes the script, she makes the rules. I will now be filling all my scripts at St Anthony's pharmacy and CVS. Besides, trying to talk to a pharmacist is impossible let alone to be treated as a customer improbable. read more

I literally made this to post this review for this pharmacy. DO NOT USE this pharmacy. For multiple Saturdays in a row I have been unable to reach anyone at this pharmacy. Sometimes they don't even have a Pharmacist available due to "Emergency" if that is the case get somebody to cover. As a Type 1 Diabetic I don't have the luxury of waiting multiple days. They are Short staffed all the time and not willing to answer the phone because of it. This is unacceptable as some people need their medication and need to walk there as in me. If you aren't willing to answer the phone change your IVR!!!! I am ashamed this location is my only option. If I could give you Zero Stars I would. read more

Once an A+ pharmacy w/professional, grade A staff. Now it's unorganized. A constant influx of employees. It doesn't appear they stay long. The Pharmacist's problem when you can't retain staff. The pharmacist seems apathetic, uncaring, rarely smiles. They've closed two holiday weekends without notice when they weren't supposed to. That means closed from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, You must wait until the fifth day to obtain script. Ones that can only be filled by this pharmacy, patients suffer, some dangerously. The second holiday weekend the excuse given was that the pharmacist had covid. I learned this was allegedly false when an employee in the general store who didn't know better said the pharmacist was traveling, camping or something else fun. I would never repeat this young man's name. He didn't know he was suppose to remain mum. These were summer holidays, Memorial Day or Labor Day, can't remember if both, or one of each. An alternate pharmacist should've been called in. Had a patient denied their meds nearly five days been ill as a result or worse, they'd be liable imo. You just can't do that when it concerns patient's health. The prior staff and pharmacist that was there prior to this new crew, were there pre 2018 I believe, perhaps 2019. I knew their names. They knew their jobs, and so polite. One in particular always said thank you after nearly every comment. I loved her. I miss them. The pharmacist was also superior. He's the store manager now, sometimes works in pharmacy. Drugs are often out of stock now and regularly. Like others said, you may wait an hour + in the drive thru, long walk in. When you're ill standing in line for 30-45 minutes is difficult if not impossible. I keep thinking it'll get better, but after more than a year now, nothing has changed. I have noticed that the drive thru line has lessened though. Perhaps due to patients relocating their pharmacy. I've spoken to the pharmacist a couple of times recently and she was more helpful. Perhaps we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, we can only pray. read more

Worst customer service ever. The Walgreens on Green Mountain has been my store and pharmacy for 20 years but no more. My daughter had surgery today and when I went to fill her pain medication, they asked me to wait to make sure they had it. They verified and said it would take an hour and a half. When I returned, they said they did not have the medication. All they had to offer was a "sorry, you must have misunderstood". They would not check any if their other pharmacies. I had to do that on my own while my child sat home in pain. Fortunately, the Kipling and Jewell Walgreens was much more accommodating. They will get my business from now on. read more

I had been using this Walgreens as my primary pharmacy for over 20 years. Over the past 6 months the service has been getting worse and worse. Now they are randomly closed on weekdays with no prior notice. Yesterday my daughter had surgery at Children's Hospital and they called on pain medication to Walgreens for us to pick up on the way home. Before we left the hospital I called to make sure that it would be ready since I had a child in pain with me. The automated message said the Pharmacy was closed (On a Thursday). I called the store and asked what I was supposed to do about my child's pain medication post surgery. They said go to a different Walgreens and they will transfer it. But guess what?! You can't transfer an opioid. It has to be picked up at the store it was wired to. So Childrens had to scramble to find the doctor and resend the medication to King Sooopers. If I hadn't have called to check I would have been home with a child in pain with no way to get her medication. Do not trust you prescriptions to this company. They can't keep pharmacies open and it's a crap shoot if you will get your RX. Never again... I'm done. read more

After a terrible experience at another Walgreens, I came to this one, not even realizing that it's also closer to home... Great staff and management. I don't use their pharmacy bc I was already established elsewhere, however, the pharmacy staff is always friendly and efficient when I have questions (and I always do, ha). I love the digital coupons and the reward points system. I feel like I'm always getting money off each purchase and I don't even know how, because I don't purchase a ton at a time. I like this Walgreens. I've been coming to the photo center to have my 1 hour photos printed. The photos are done on time, and they look good. I receive occasional reminder calls for orders I've forgotten about, which has happened once. On one order, she did ask if I had the rights to the photos, which I did. She had me fill out a sheet and I was on my way in a good amount of time. I like this store and I will come back. There is a car plug-in station in the parking lot on the south side of the building. read more

Use to do all our business there until they raised the price of there syringes for 25 cents to 1 dollar. If this is indicative of how they treat their customers and how badly ther searching to make a buck, I want no part in helping them grow their business Found the syringes on line for 23 cents each and changed our family prescriptions to Walmart...saved money there too! read more

My last two trips into this Walgreens have been utterly disappointing. Both times, I purchased something in the beauty department that had clearance stickers all over it on the shelves, and then it rang up full price at the register. The first time, it was mispriced, and they corrected it after I noticed. Today, though, I was informed that the lipstick I grabbed was not on sale- but the 12 around it were. There were clearance stickers stuck all on top of each other- how anyone would have guessed any of them was NOT on clearance is beyond me. The same cashier was there both times and treated me like a huge pain for bringing it up. They need better customer service in this store. read more

Why this Walgreens gets poor reviews is beyond me. We live up the hill and have had nothing but good experiences with the pharmacy and staff at the store. The pharmacy staff in particular appear to be top-notch and will go out of their way to assist you if needed. A tip would be to make sure that you sign up for Walgreens membership program as it provides significant benefits. read more

I was just minding my own business buying crap I didn't need and he went out of his way to engage me in cheerful conversation and really make me feel welcome in his store! I occasionally come here for the pharmacy of for photos and I always leave satisfied. The customer service is above average here and the photo department is my favorite. I recently got back from the Caribbean ans needed photos developed. The folks here were awesome and helped me through the process. Unfortunately this locations (and maybe other Walgreens) no longer do 24 hour photo. Instead they send it out to a third party and develop them and then you pick it up days later. This wasn't a deal breaker, just news to my ears. They even gave me a coupon for my purchase. read more

I do a lot of business with this Walgreen's, and am typically satisfied with their service. This afternoon I injured a knee, and can barely walk. My first thought was to call my local Walgreens to see if they might rent canes, which might help me get around. "Stephen" answered my call and acted like I was a complete idiot for asking such a question. I'm always amazed at the rudeness of those who are supposed to be in a service business.
