I don't usually leave reviews but I was surprised to see this place had such a low rating and decided I'd share my experience. I only recently started coming to the Walgreens and each visit has been met with welcoming smiling faces. Someone always approaches me to see if they can help me finding anything. There's a cvs right by my house and I choose to drive an extra mile to get the better customer service and cleaner, well stocked store. Shout out to the young tall Asian male manager who helped me after he clocked out during my first visit (which left an impression on me to return). Another shout out to the short young Latina manager also with a bright attitude who helped me my last visit. read more

Fernando did not let me use a W cash rewards. Had to ask for them after they printed then told me my total was under $15 which was a lie. It was $18.37. I asked Susan but no help at all. When I asked for someone one else he said he was in charge. Would not do a return after charging me because I did not have my ID. He could benefit from some coaching on customer service. read more

I attempted a return using my credit card and phone number as I use digital receipts, the store manager Jessica was unable to find the transaction as it was from another store, she proceeded to open the brand new item and damage it, claiming they don't resell items that are returned. I had to go back with the printed receipt to get my refund from a clerk that was very helpful and wanted to let the manager know that he had no issue, she went on to berate me, call me names using lots of profanity when I explained it is her job as manager to find a solution not create more issues. I asked her to review the company policy she was not honoring and she continued to yell at me and threaten me, so I left and will not use this location ever again. read more

Do not use this pharmacy. I came to this location to receive a medication refill and the Asian pharmacist smiled at her coworker and told me that they don't have it in stock. After calling my medical provider, I came to find out that they did that this med in stock but they denied me access to it because I didn't purchase another medication they offered. In total it's been five days without this medication and I've been denied it while being lied to at the same time. read more

If you want to sit in a drive through waiting 30-35 minutes for your medication that has already prepared by all means use their pharmacy.

It seems like everyone here is just angry to be working. I went to the pharmacy to get Sudafed, and the experience was frustrating. The pharmacy assistant was incredibly rude. After waiting patiently in line, I didn't know exactly which option I needed and asked to see what was available. Instead of helping, she told me to wait for the pharmacist. I politely asked again if I could just look at the options so I could read them myself, but she insisted I step back in line to wait. The lack of basic courtesy and willingness to assist was really disappointing. When the pharmacist finally helped, it was just a curt "Do you want a 4-6 hour or 12 hour one?" I asked about the differences between the options, but there weren't any except for "Whether or not you want to take it every 4 or 12 hours." The whole interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. If you're sick and looking for even a little bit of patience or kindness, this isn't the place to find it. read more

Fernando was extremely rude and I've filed a formal complaint with corporate. There was a bit of a line and so once I got to the front I offered a smile and a hi how are you? He then responded and said "how much" I then responded and said "I said hi how are you?" He then walked away and began helping other guests!!! All because I said "Hi how are you"??? From then I asked for a supervisor and come to find out HE IS A SUPERVISOR. I went to his pharmacy to talk with the other supervisor that was on call and she was very nice and apologized on his behalf. I plan to have this location investigated to the fullest extent. Unacceptable, and rude. He said hi how are you to everyone else and I hate to pull the race card, but it felt racially motivated as I am the only black that was in there and the only one he was rude to. I have an order of antibiotics for my daughter who have pneumonia and as a nurse i know that my daughter should not skip a dose, this pharmacy gave my husband half of the total count and told him that he will be able to get the other half in 3 days, 5 days after which is today and used the last dose for my daughter which the pharmacist insisted that i should have 10 doses, well what do you know, i give medication all my nursing career and i did not have 10 doses, and to this time i am still waiting and battling time because they still don't have a freaking delivery, maybe i should sue this place for medical negligence. read more

I called Walgreens to find a product and spoke with Dani, who was so cheerful and sweet. She looked for the product I needed and set it aside for me. I had called several other drug stores and they were no help, but Dani saved the day! When I went to pick up my item, a very friendly young man rang me up and I left feeling so good about my experience with this particular Walgreens. I will definitely be back. Thank you!! Came into this pharmacy with hope of feeling better. I had been sick as a dog all day, finally got into the doctor and he gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I decide to come here because I've been here before. I wanted so bad to just feel better. It's about 8pm on Tuesday. The pharmacist didn't even say hello, he proceeded to take my prescription and immediately stated I can not fill your prescription in a rood manner he proceeds, you can leave it if you like and pick up tomorrow but we are much to busy he stated. In my pain I told him that was fine but quickly changed my mind. I told him I was going somewhere else which he had no problem with. I made my way to a 24 hour CVS and was treated 100% better. Training employees. Went in to pick up Rx and remembered I needed an eye pencil. Like most stores now certain items are secured in some manner. I found an Associate who was stocking the shelves and asked for assistance. He couldn't help and nor could he point me in the direction for someone to help. We came in to print a poster board for a graduation party. The image came out blurry and Mauricio was such a great help in making sure we were satisfied with our photo. They suggested some lighting, editing to the photo, and a different printer paper. They were such a delight and great help in creating a great experience. We left the store happy and would definitely come back to this location because of Mauricio service. read more

Usually they have a good service. Other employee was willing to help me if I have any problems. But not today. I was trying to use a replacement coupon mail out by their catalina company. The cashier said she can't take it. It has to print from their own machine. I don't get what's the problem since the coupon was mail to me by the catalina company and printed by them. Since the original coupon did not print out from their machine. It doesn't make sense to me. All she said she was told by their manager they can't accept it. This is such a scam !!! They advertised the catalina coupons and you can't even use it in their store. What a horrible company. I won't be shopping at Walgreen again. I even contact the walgreen customer relations. All they told me was go to another store. Go somewhere else like Target where prices are cheaper and has better customer service. read more

I have come here numerous times and am always happy with the customer service. I have never once walked in the door without being greeted. I especially wanted to point out the amazing customer service from Mauricio. They have helped me twice and each time they were very helpful and friendly. I was trying to apply a coupon and having a difficult time why it wasn't working, but Mauricio was very patient with me and helped me in getting the correct items. I have also been in the store when a customer was very rude to Mauricio and the whole time they kept their composure and was calm and still provided excellent service. Thank you Mauricio! The only negative experience I have had was with an online order. It came in like 3 different shipments and it was a little frustrating to have to keep returning to the store for one order. read more

Located in the Walmart neighborhood shopping center, this Walgreen's has been here for 2 years now. Parking was no problem to find since it was a week night Monday, the main reason why I came here was because the Walmart neighborhood pharmacy store didn't have the generic brand of the lunesta medicine which this Walgreens did have and the price was $10.00 verses $380.00for the specific specified medicine. I like the fact that I dropped off my prescription and went to Starbucks across the street for about an Hour and upon returning my prescription was ready-made. This location has 2 kiosk machines in front of the pharmacy department for will calling of your prescriptions which I'm looking forward to trying next time I'm in. read more

Rude and overpriced.... Avoids this place at all cost. It's hard to understand how it's even open at this point. Please avoid it

This is a second time i came here to pickup my prescription after they have notified me it is ready for pickup, and when i got here i was told to drive around because it is not ready!!! It the same lady named Jamie who was behind the counter. What made me made was she lied to me that she just got the prescription from the doctor office, when the message said and we know it was sent to them at noon and when i got there it was 5:30 pm. When i tried to show her the voice message transcript with time stamped at 1:50 pm she refuse to look or even listen to me. This lady is so unprofessional and i wonder how she can be a customer service person. They need to do something about her!!! I am attaching the phone message for proof. The pharmacy is very rude, unkind and be less able to work told a sick person to wait two hours because the date of birth didn't match, but in the end, she had the wrong system.I went there because it was close, but I won't go there again. This used my favorite go to store. I'm a couponer and I do a lot of business here on the weekly. I pretty much know all the employees other than the new ones Bc there has been a lot of change to this location. However, there was a deal where I did and my RR didn't print (this happens a lot at Walgreens) so i called the new assistant store manager trainee Paul. And he was unable to help Bc it wasn't directly on their website however I did show him the ad that states the promotion and he wasn't able to help or seem to want to help he was very sarcastic as well. I mean I wasn't the happiest person either... so left with one of my least helpful experiences here. But I called customer service and my points were easily added without question. I'll make sure not to shop when Paul is around. read more

Bernadette is the only good asset at this store. I used to love coming here but now, I only come when I have to. You see, I used to do photography before the new year. And when I saw people who I wanted to pose for me or just follow my work, I gave them a business card to my Instagram. Well today a worker their pulled me aside when I went to get make up with my niece. He told me that "multiple workers their complained about me and how I speak to them". I wanted to laugh. I was quick to let him know I hand out business cards, never do I ever hit on someone when doing so. It isn't professional. The thing is when I walked in here was a worker staring at me whom I gave a card to before. Her name is Dani. I guess she took it the wrong way and I made her feel awkward. For that I do apologize but to be pulled aside and told I was creeping them out? Not cool. Especially if it is just one person who didn't know how to take someone saying "hey check out my Instagram". I'll only come here when I absolutely have to. Other than that it the manager or corporate reads this please train your workers better. Because to pull aside a customer who has been going there since it was built while I am with my niece just to tell him someone couldn't tell a difference is kinda insulting. The place is real clean and very convenient I always find what I need very organized and pharmacy department very polite but I can't say the same for the store customer service sucks the employees r rude I am not going to name any names but I rarely go to this Walgreens for that reason. read more

The customer service here is horrible! Shift lead Veronica and her minion Yvonne couldn't be bothered to do there job instead they were rude and did very little to actually do their job. The shift lead even answered a personal cell phone call while "helping" us if that is what you want to call it. I hope they don't wonder why Walgreens is losing a lot of business with the poor/non-existent customer service they provide. read more
