She explained that if I would like to return in the event that the keratosis wasn't completely gone, the follow-up visit would be at no charge. After pondering this I did return but requested another provider. While Tim didn't a great job, the front desk woman was very rude. I was a health care provider for decades and would never stand for my staff acting like that. And guess what, they did charge my insurance for that visit. I have tried to reach out to Jaime to resolve this, but phone calls are a nightmare to get through and return calls are non-existant. All I can say is if you go there, "Good Luck!"
