This location is a disaster and should be avoided if you value your time, health, or sanity. After over a year of frustrating experiences, I can confidently say the service here has gone from bad to worse. Every single month, there's a new issue--despite no changes to my insurance, a single straightforward prescription, and supposedly "automatic" refills, they still can't process things correctly. Whether it's billing the wrong insurance or miscalculating co-pays, the staff repeatedly drops the ball. It's clear they are either undertrained or completely overwhelmed. The system is outdated, inefficient, and clearly not up to the demands of even basic pharmacy functions. The management is nowhere to be found, and it shows--lines stretch out endlessly, with customers waiting hours just to speak to someone. There are plenty of other pharmacies--choose literally any other option. This location is mismanaged, poorly staffed, and guaranteed to waste your time. Do not go here. You've been warned. read more

I ordered delivery from here. It was my first time trying a convenience store order on Uber Eats and they had a 50% off coupon with $30 purchase. They offered a pretty good selection of products. I got a bunch of snacks and butter which I needed in a pinch for a bread recipe! Their pick and pack process seems very efficient because the delivery arrived very quickly. This Walgreens is a prime location for me as I pass it on my way to numerous regular destinations. The drive thru also makes it extremely convenient for a drive by pick up. Their stocked items are usually up to par, beauty products, skim milk, ice cream, toys, cards, gifts, basic food items, cereal as well as health items, first aid, OTC and Rx needs. Walgreens recently renovated to accommodate a more private Health Corner for immunizations etc. Most of the employee's provide great customer service. Yudith from the beauty department is always there to help me find items, giving me info on daily specials and to answer all the questions I usually bring to her. Bishoy from pharmacy department also provides great customer service. He is always doing his best to get people in and out. He is always ready to explain any of the prescriptions for me or my dog. I appreciate this Walgreens, their employees and the numerous times they saved me time and effort with a quick stop for some tums, advil or a carton of ice cream. read more

The store itself is clean and seems to be stocked pretty well however!!! The pharmacy wait line is the worst I've experienced in my life. The average wait time for a Rx is probably about 1/2 hour if not longer. This despite the fact that there are about 10 staff workers if u count the 1 or 2 at the windows and those that r visibly moving about in the back. I wonder if this is simply the service we get because we live in the "city" or if this is Walgreens over all. I only come here to avoid moving my car to drive to CVS where I get much better service. It may be time for me to reconsider. read more

Always a terrible experience here. They have you make the appointment online, enter your insurance information, give you your appointment, then when you come in for your immunization they tell you that you don't have the right insurance. Ride and unhelpful. Would really rather be going to a CVS or an independent pharmacy, but this is the pharmacy indicated in the insurance networking. Just ridiculous. read more

This location is so weird. Firstly there's a man outside asking for money in a very aggressive way. I'm really sorry for him but it does make people uncomfortable when it's 12am. Secondly, I was already upset about the man pressuring me for money only for security to immediately follow me around the store when I came in. Meanwhile I don't look homeless or am giving any indication that I'm going to steal. I grab a large pack of toilet paper and toilet tissue and some dried fruit and head to the line. The security decides it's safe to sit down now. Meanwhile they should be concerned about the man harassing everyone outside. It's really insulting as my makeup is done and I may look like I'm in my 20s but I'm not ! I work seven days a week for my income and I won't be coming back !! I come to this location all of the time because it's close to my sisters but this and the long wait times some nights is just not worth it to me. read more

This must be the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy in the country. I can't imagine any other that is poorer. it has a drive up. Convenient right? I've never been in that line of cars - whether I'm 2 down or 5 down that the wait has been less than 40 min. I've waited up to 90. So I started coming in. Currently I've been in line with 2 people ahead of me. I've been standing here for 27 minutes so far. I've stood at the register and had my last names shouted and shouted while being spelled. And then the med that they can't find shouted. Not only is this an awful invasion of privacy but she was shouting 2 feet from my face. Like on top of her lungs. And then my birthdate. It was a crazy update. I moved up to the window and the woman left without a word So now im standing here and no one is visibly back there except for the woman at the drive up. update: One of my meds wasn't filled. Absolutely lousy pharmacy staff procedures. Staff cannot keep up with pharmacy traffic at any and all hours of the day. The company should think about expanding the pharmacy at this location and hiring a larger staff. They are rude and overworked and absolutely don't have time to care about the aggravation their customers experience. I have been waiting at the drive through window for 15 minutes and have watched a shift change and a pharmacist count the register for the beginning of his shift and then turn his back to take care of a customer in the store. I was trying to get help from the Pharmacy and a lady named Marina is NOT very helpful. She sounds very sarcastic when I asked for help with my insurance issue. I have a private plan for me and my kids and I asked her if she can help me locate the ID number through my medical card and she said "I can't help you with that, there's a thousand insurances in the world. A lot of complaints here. All valid I am sure but in defense of the staff they are overworked. It is a very busy store and they are usually short staffed. Walgreens company is to blame They are raking in the money here. The pharmacy does an incredible business. Walgreens corporate knows what's goes in here and does NOT care! Shady characters at the entrance, drugs, drinking, aggressively begging. Floors are filthy.Freezer never works correctly. Yes it is a tough neighborhood. A lot of theft and nasty customers. No one calls you if there is an issue with filling your prescription. They just leaves it unfilled even though they have all your contact information. When you call your on hold for a very long time. Than the phone rings and goes back to playing hold music. I know when that phone rings a live person can pick up at that time but they choose to put you directly back on hold. The quality of service is fallen off compared to years past. They may need new talent. read more

This Walgreens had a false advertisement. I saw a discounted price on the shelf but when I went up to the register, it rang the original price. I even showed the cashier the sign from the shelf and she says, "Sorry ma'am but it's not taking it." She's lucky I had to go to work, I didn't have time to argue with her. This walgreens looks big from the outside but is really quite tiny with little to nothing inside. I come here on a regular basis to use their red box. BTW Red Box codes means never having to pay for a Red Box DVD, google it. Walgreens is at a super busy intersection and yes it's not quite the best walgreens around. The lines are always long and the selection small. This store should install some self check out lanes. The parking lot is annoying too because the exit and entrance lanes are so darn tight. Sometimes the parking lot is full and you need to wait 5 minutes or so. read more

I dislike this Walgreen's. I don't want to judge all of the workers, but some of them just downgrade this Walgreen's horribly. Let me tell you my experience: 1. It is inappropriate when a customer is buying personal items and you let everybody in the store know about what personal items they're buying because you want to start a discussion with your coworker about it. Not because of a pricing issue. Not because of something you need help with. But because you want to have a frivolous conversation about that product which makes the patron uncomfortable. Not only that, you hate working at Walgreens on a Saturday and wish you were doing something else. 2. I hate when I go online and the website says they have a specific product you're looking for, and you go to the store and the manager (who doesn't even look) tells you they don't have it. 3. When you use coupons and the guy whose at the register questions your coupons when the price goes down. But he questions it by asking his coworker who says the coupon is correct, but then doesn't trust her judgement and calls someone one more higher up than her and the manager says "yes, it's correct". Why did you question my coupon twice? Why did you not heed the knowledge of the first worker. I don't want to say it's a race thing, but that thought did cross my mind. 4. I've only had one worker actually really try hard to help, but even he couldn't do his job due to managements laziness. read more

So I grab my item which I actually had to settle for because they didn't restock the brand of chicken stock I wanted. Now from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, the theft alarm was going off.. non stop. and I had to wait 15 minutes for my turn to get cashed by a man who watched me count 2.61 and still hold out his hand as if i shorted him..... This Walgreens is awful! If it wasn't for its convenience and 24/7 hours, I don't think anybody would shop there. An upside, if any, is that the staff is generally friendly with one or two exceptions. (Note that I did not compliment their speed) Their products are expensive considering that AT ALL TIMES, 24/7, there is a line of 10-15 customers deep.
