Prevention is better than cure! For double chin
Cheryl I.

Hooray! I would say that The Mask Bar is my favorite Korean Skincare store in Manhattan. The space is not too big or overwhelming, and they carry a great selection. It is designed for efficiency and it seriously makes me feel like a kid in a candy store! They carry all the good stuff; Toni Moly, Dr Jart+ and Innisfree to name a few. Today I bought a fun one from V.T.R, for double chin, that you drape over the ears. Perfect for the times when I'm not in the mood for a conventional mask. The girls who work here are really sweet, knowledgable and not pushy. I get to enjoy browsing without being followed constantly; that's rather typical of Asian oriented service, they just won't leave you alone lol! The girls' self awareness is another reason why I had such a great experience here. Korean skincare heaven in the heart of Greenwich Village. I don't have to go all the way to K-town or Chinatown for my Korean skincare fix! Note: I noticed the pin on the map is wrong. It's on Bleeker not far from Joe's Pizza! I have submitted an edit to change it, hope they fix it soon.

Great variety of masks, super friendly staff. Fun for a little bit of a splurge, but also have some very reasonably priced masks.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

I want to report that this website continues to post and promote products that are clearly a scam…read more In my case, I placed an order for body creams on March 3rd, and the company that processed the charge on my account was a completely different one called MELIO. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. On Saturday, the tall, slim employee with curly hair who was supposed to be making my perfume did not appear to make it. I saw her take it from a shelf inside the room where she was standing. When you're spending almost $400 on a parfum, you expect attention to detail, friendliness, and an experience that makes the purchase feel worth every dollar. On Sunday, I encountered another employee with a ponytail who was rude. I made a few more purchases despite the unpleasant interaction, but her attitude made the experience disappointing. Her coworker, who has straight, dark hair and wears it down, was much nicer. She was there both Saturday and Sunday and was a pleasure to interact with. In contrast, I visited the West Village location, and the experience was so much better! Jose was awesome and made me feel much more welcome. I love Le Labo, but the customer service at this location needs improvement. The employees need better training on how to engage with customers and create the welcoming, personalized experience that customers expect from a luxury fragrance brand. Going forward, I'll be visiting the West Village store instead.
