When they listened to the voicemail she tells me I can't take prescriptions via voicemail sorry, they will have to call back. What is the point of having a voicemail for doctors to leave a message for prescriptions if you don't take them that way?!? I have my doctor call in the prescription, 11:06, and I ask how long till it's ready and was told 45 minutes. 12:23 I call back to see if my prescription is ready and they tell me they haven't even started filling it yet because they didn't have any information on me. When I asked why they didn't ask for that the last time I was there, she said that they forgot to ask. So had I not called I would have gotten up there and once again my prescription wouldn't have been ready. This place is a joke and I won't be back. Any other pharmacy will get my business before I bring my business back to this place again.

I finally was paged and went to the pick up window. There were several people behind the pharmacy desk in back filling prescriptions who saw me but no one acknowledged me or said anything like, "Sorry, we'll be with you in a minute." Why would you page someone then not have their prescription ready??! Why would you ignore them after you'd paged them??! When I got the prescription I told the clerk I was going to run it through GoodRx. Her attitude was like I was putting her out. I'd had enough of the place and the price without GoodRx wasn't much, so I paid it just to be out of there. Bad experience, awful customer service and I won't go back again. Take your business to someone else who appreciates it and treats you with courtesy. These people do not.

Covid has done a lot towards keeping us isolated. A repose from sitting and watching TV, is a run up to Polly's for Deli Lunchmeat, cheeses, Ora fresh baked cake. During my girls childhood, for 20 years I always ordered their birthday Cakes from Polly's, on Ferguson Road. What was so special? One could order Disney Characters on the cake, my daughter's favorite photo, a creamy whipped topping that wasn't terribly sweet. Much of the rest of the store allotted space for new or traditional world wide cuisine. It always had unique items. My younger daughter, whilst in her teens, refused to eat sandwiches without sprouts. Polly's, had them when no one else did. What more can I say? The best thing is to get off the couch in this icy cold weather, and take a trip to one of three Polly's locations.
