When they listened to the voicemail she tells me I can't take prescriptions via voicemail sorry, they will have to call back. What is the point of having a voicemail for doctors to leave a message for prescriptions if you don't take them that way?!? I have my doctor call in the prescription, 11:06, and I ask how long till it's ready and was told 45 minutes. 12:23 I call back to see if my prescription is ready and they tell me they haven't even started filling it yet because they didn't have any information on me. When I asked why they didn't ask for that the last time I was there, she said that they forgot to ask. So had I not called I would have gotten up there and once again my prescription wouldn't have been ready. This place is a joke and I won't be back. Any other pharmacy will get my business before I bring my business back to this place again.

Recently had to fill a prescription at the CVS located on West Ave. in Jackson. I was told it would…read morebe 15 minutes or so and I'd be paged when it was ready. I finally was paged and went to the pick up window. There were several people behind the pharmacy desk in back filling prescriptions who saw me but no one acknowledged me or said anything like, "Sorry, we'll be with you in a minute." Why would you page someone then not have their prescription ready??! Why would you ignore them after you'd paged them??! When I got the prescription I told the clerk I was going to run it through GoodRx. Her attitude was like I was putting her out. I'd had enough of the place and the price without GoodRx wasn't much, so I paid it just to be out of there. Bad experience, awful customer service and I won't go back again. Take your business to someone else who appreciates it and treats you with courtesy. These people do not.

You can go through the drive-through for your prescription prescriptions, which is fine but I like to go inside and shop and they have some of the best best gifts around that are not in every other store they are very unique and affordable. I am going on vacation and my doctor sent in a message to the pharmacy to allow me to refill a day or 2 early so that I could have my medication while on vacation out of town. They flat out refused to even consider my doctor's message and, in fact, now I will be out of the medication for several days at the end of the vacation because they refused to refill it a day or 2 early. Im not able to pick it up on the day the refill is due because I will be hours away. So now I just have to go without my medication?? Their unwillingness to work with myself or my doctor shows that they dont truly care about their patients. How can someone be okay with saying to their patient that they will just have to go without their medication? Super frustrating. They made me feel as if, because its a controlled substance, that Im trying to get it early so that I can take more than prescribed. Im pretty appalled at the moment and will most likely take my business elsewhere.

Since we live right down the road, our entire family has shopped at the Ferguson Polly's for years…read more It was convenient, they had great meat and the best golden delicious apples, until they quit caring about the customer because the money just kept flowing in no matter what they did or didn't do. Within the last 4 months on 3 different occasions.I went to get the golden delicious apples and 90% of the apples that were in the bags were rotten and should have been thrown away. These are the individual apples that you bag yourself. I told one of the young ladies that was working in the produce department that the apples were bad and she said she would tell somebody. I went in the next day and the apples were still there and still rotten, so I dumped every one of the bags out on the table. This happened two. other times that the apples were rotten I dumped them out on the table and they put them back in the bags to sell. Yesterday was the last straw. I went in and bought 2 packages of ground chuck that came to about $31. I took it home dumped it into a bowl poured steak season on top of it and when I started to mix it when I noticed a smell like urine. I had my sister smell it to make sure that it wasn't just me and she also agreed that the meat smelled like urine. I took the meat back to Polly's with my receipt and spoke with Forrest who said he was the highest up in the store and he refused to give me my money back because I had put seasoning in the meat and because the date on the package had not expired yet. I even stuck my hand in the meat and pulled out.Some that did not have seasoning on it and asked him to smell it and he would not. He said he could tell by looking at it that the meat was still good. I asked him what I was supposed to do with thirty dollars worth of meat that smelled like urine and he told me I could do whatever I wanted to with it. I left this urine smelling meat on the counter at the service desk and went across the street to prime cuts and bought fresh meat. I will not shop at this store again. I will tell everyone I meet and everyone I know about this experience how I was treated and how Polly's customers are expected to accept sub par food and at the Polly's on Ferguson Road, profit comes before customers. It's very unfortunate that Forrest was put in this position and never taught how to treat customers, but that seems to be the Polly's way. Shame on you Kennedy family. I am truly embarrassed for you. Called manager last time I was furious I only go because it's on my way home from my doctor in Wayne County grrrrrrrr
